IMPULSES for small ensemble
Shut out your normal mental activity. Now pay attention to your inner movements. Choose one and allow it to express itself in music. Follow the flow of that particular movement, do not try to shape it. Leave this process. Do not play for a while. Then choose another inner movement and allow it to express itself in music. Follow the flow of this particular movement, do not try to shape it. Leave the process and resume normal mental activity.
PLAY - STOP PLAYING - INTENSIFY YOUR PLAYING for ensemble
PLAY totally free within your way of life and your mood right now STOP PLAYING as soon as you feel that you disturb the other players with your sounds sudden silence play sounds with tenderness INTENSIFY YOUR PLAYING as long as you feel that you please the other players with your sounds wait until even the last happy mood has faded away
ENCOUNTER for three players
Think of your favourite colour it is here in this room where you are You already noticed it ! But it is still sleeping activate it with your tones it comes closer to you because you love it night approaches it is going to sleep let fewer and fewer tones sound with longer pauses in between say good-bye to it with your last and quietest tone
STAR CONSTRUCTION for four players (a performance)
Draw some little Christmas stars with your tones as soon as you feel that you have built them up go silently to the middle of the stage and sit down on the chair prepared for you there (after the last player has arrived AND SITS DOWN) a big star explodes which immediately prevents all players from sitting (they play on, standing) out of its small, short-sounding particles with long, quiet tones they build up a new, big star (Quiet walking out. Instruments remain on the stage) Positions of the chairs are indicated in the boxes.
TAKING A WALK for small ensemble
Wait... do not play yet think of your earlier walks now play tones which remind you of an especially beautiful walk cease playing now play tones again but this time only such tones that contribute to your contentment put your instrument aside wait... play no more
