Perform unsynchronized
Aleatoric frames — intended to be performed individually by each singer in a soloistic way. The number of repetitions is indicated at the end of each phrase. Occasionally, repetitions end on a conductor’s gesture.
In case the singers do not perform the melody from the frame within a specified time, they stop the melody at any moment and continue according to the score/ conductors gesture. It is more important to achieve an unhurried narrative than to perform the material from the frame the specified number of times.
