Actualmente es la sede de la Diputación Provincial de León. La calle Ancha abre su paso con este edificio de dimensiones refinadas y líneas exquisitas. Fue mandado construir por Juan Quiñones y Guzmán, obispo de Calahorra, rozando el año 1560.
