What started out as a mandate to define and develop a key set of Values and Behaviours for the whole group, across all brands, morphed almost immediately. Whilst conducting qualitative research during the Empathy phase, some startling patterns began to emerge, which gave rise to a bold change in direction for the group on the journey.
