He contacted my coworkers when something was wrong with the battery, then researched how to replace a Mini Cooper battery and fixed it! It was a stress-free process for me. When I came back, Gene told me about a few other issues he'd found but couldn't address. So now I can take the car to a dealership to have them looked at.
