New Graduates Entered the Nurse Residency Program
To help foster Englewood Health’s mission, vision and culture, newly licensed nurses receive essential curriculum extending beyond clinical competence to include communication, conflict management, cultural competence, ethical decision making and stress management.

Nurses Attended the Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Conference
Uniquely created and coordinated by Englewood Health for 25 years, this program is always well attended and provides opportunities to present nursing research and evidence-based practice findings, as well as identify strategies that empower nurses to improve patient outcomes.

Nurses Participated in Coaching Workshops
These evidence-based practice learning workshops, adapted from Johns Hopkins, allow nurses to hone critical skills and expand professional development based on the best approach to care.
