Eat Dessert First
Cheers to the New Year! Because 2021 often seemed like 2020 Part Deux, we’re celebrating the arrival of 2022 by focusing on the present. No looking back. And while we think resolutions to live a healthier life are great, we also believe in the saying, “Life is short, eat dessert first!” Keeping that in mind, we’re serving up recipes for lighter or more nutritious desserts that you can enjoy without feeling guilty. (Except maybe that last one!)
