The students are placed out of their comfort zones and accomplish the course objectives by doing and reflecting upon their experiences. The students get fully immersed in activities, understand self and others, experiment and explored new roles and behaviors. It is expected that they transfer their experiences to workplace in the future. It will be no exaggeration to say that the learning achieved in the Orientation Program lasting for 7-10 days is no less than what the students would learn in the two years of program to follow. For PGDM 2011-2013 the Orientation commences on June 27, 2011.
