! h c n u l t a e n o Every Lunch is the most important meal. We have a break, rest and gather our strength for the remainder of the day. Often though, we are in a hurry and eat fast, without paying attention to what we are eating. Here is some advice for a healthier and more pleasant lunch!
always - often - never - always often - never
Choose simple and natural foods. Beware of ready-made meals! They contain lots of fat and preservatives and aren’t healthy for us. ________ choose foods that are simple and natural. And don’t forget: Fruit and vegetables are very important. They need to make up at least 60% of our lunch. ________ eat them fresh and make sure they’re organic!
Not too much or too little! If we eat too much at lunch, we feel tired in the afternoon. But if we don’t eat enough, we won’t have enough energy for the rest of the day. We must ________ overdo it! The answer is to eat the right amount of food. An example? A plate of rice or pasta with a salad. It is healthy, filling, and makes you feel good!
Friends yes, TV no! __________ lunch is a time best spent together with family and friends. Watching television while you eat isn’t a good idea. It is better to turn off the TV and have a chat. This way, we really enjoy lunch and appreciate our food more.

Every year, when the cold comes, Elvis digs a hole in the garden and hides inside. He stays in the hole all winter and comes out only in the spring! Elvis has a special friend. The neighbours’ cat. They get on very well! Right now they are together in the garden asleep under the sun!
