Montessori English Listening Activities

Montessori English listening activities is a collection of Montessoriinspired materials, designed to help primary aged children strengthen their listening comprehension in an active and independent way. The variation of the proposed topics and the different levels of difficulty allow each child to have freedom of choice, with inclusive and rich stimuli in each task designed to increase the child’s self esteem.

The control card, following each activity, allows the child to self-check and self-correct, in order to help the child improve in complete serenity and freedom while avoiding any form of external judgment. Creating an envelope, where all the necessary materials can be stored, allows classification with tidiness and care of the materials so that the child can easily find what is needed, meaning they can work any time they choose to. It is recommended to draw the children’s attention to this point. Before the child begins a task, it is advisable to prepare all the necessary items, such as headphones, computer, etc, so that the children are free and independent to carry out their chosen task.
