Founded on a boot-strap basis in Jan 2019, our own stellar growth as a brand is creating meaningful jobs in the UK and beyond - proving ethics and passion can work hand in hand for scale-up success. Where our competitors are driven by bottom line, we are obsessive about quality – hiring great people and delivering a phenomenal product & service for our clients. Our founder Katrina HutchinsonO’Neill grew up in the latter troubles in Northern Ireland.

With no degree she started as an ‘agency temp’ in a start-up, but rapidly worked her way up over 15 years to ‘CEO-2’ level in Banking –leading recruitment at RBS and at Nationwide Building Society. On that journey she repeatedly had to face a decision between turning down career opportunities unless she was willing to relocate with her young family for work.

She founded Join Talent in January 2019 on a mission to reinvent embedded recruitment on a bootstrapped basis from her home in rural Scotland. Along with CoFounder Kevin Blair, who joined in 2020 after a successful career leading global In-House Talent Acquisition Teams including for IBM & Cisco globally, they set up the company as a 100% remote business – well-paid careers for amazing humans wherever in the world they live.

Their innovative model, added to an obsessive focus on client success, means they have secured the best talent in the market and experienced growth that has seen the company expanding into 21 countries and with a team of over 250 in the space of just 4 years.

Nobody has ‘written the book’ on building with scale, substance & great culture on a fully remote international basis… so Join Talent are innovating daily to do it so successfully and sharing their learnings and experience with their clients also.
