This issue of Tile Today seems to be indirectly about the success of Italian immigration in Australia. We feature stories about Santo (Sam) Giunta from Classic Ceramics and the family behind Di Lorenzo Tile Merchants.

After visiting Cersaie for the ﬁrst time in 1971, Sam established Classic Ceramics Importers in the Sydney suburb of Leichhardt the following year. Fast forward to 2022, he receives the Pioneer Award by the governing body of ceramics in Italy, Conﬁndustria Ceramica.

The other business we highlight in this edition is Di Lorenzo Tile Merchants and its development from having a single tile store to now seven showrooms in New South Wales. It’s a story of how the second generation has managed to grow the business signiﬁcantly from a strong base that began with the ﬁrst generation.

We are also excited to launch the next phase of the digital Adhesives Directory. In addition to the directory appearing in this edition, we have also made it available on the Tile Today website.

EXPANDS ITS BUSINESS WITH ICON

The importation of ICON products to Australia and New Zealand by International MTC has seen signiﬁcant growth since 2020, and now the businesses are heading towards a stronger partnership

Operating as India’s number one tile exporter, ICON supplies tiles to over 70 countries around the world, and has a turnover of USD125 million. Its production capacity is around 24 million square metres a year, and 766.860 total square metres were exported from India to Australia in 2021 of which 350.000 square metres were sold by International MTC.

International MTC recently brought one of its customers to India, to meet ICON management and visit the factory and showroom in Morbi. Stefano Mammi, managing director of International MTC, said: “It was a fruitful trip, a great opportunity to strengthen and consolidate an already strong partnership”.

History

ICON began manufacturing roof tiles in 1987. It wasn’t until 1992 that it started making ceramic wall tiles. By 2001, the company increased in size by establishing a business unit that focused on ceramic ﬂoor tiles.

After entering the global market in 2004, ICON received ISO certiﬁcation in 2005. It has continuously invested in its production facilities, and upgraded its technology and digital machinery in 2009.

Since then, it has established a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for glazed vitrified tiles (2013). Glazed vitrified tiles (GVT) or digital GVT tiles rate highly in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Vitrified tiles are also known for their durability and available in stone, wooden, bamboo or slate looks.

In 2015, it launched another manufacturing plant for larger format double charged vitriﬁed tiles. Two layers of pigment are fused to create double-charged vitriﬁed tiles, which are typically thicker than regular tiles due to their exceptional durability, simplicity of maintenance, and resistance to dust and dirt. They are also stain and scratch-resistant.

Ceramic city

ICON’s location in Morbi places it in a central production hub for ceramics, and has helped it to capitalise on growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Morbi (or Morvi) is a town and municipality that is part of the Indian state of Gujarat, and has long been regarded as the ceramics capital of India. The city of Morbi is on the Machhu River, 35km from the sea and 60km from Rajkot. The vast coastline of Gujarat holds numerous ports that enable international trade.

It was initially known for producing clay roofing tiles. But in the mid-eighties, local entrepreneurs began importing machinery from Italy and Spain to create tiles. The region flourished during the nineties, and over that time has become a significant exporter of ceramics due to economic liberalisation reforms by subsequent Indian governments.

Access to raw materials, availability of skilled labour, and supportive infrastructure resulted in Morbi’s transition from a centre of traditional rooﬁng tile factories to a hub for modern ceramics manufacturers. It currently produces around 90% of ceramics manufactured in India, and contributes to more than 13% of total worldwide ceramic production. The Indian ceramics

sector is believed to be second in the world, after China as the largest producer.

As a city, it has come a long way from making traditional tiles town to a more technologically advanced and automated tileproducing hub.

It is within this environment that ICON has developed a ”well-furnished” infrastructure that supports its capacity to produce quality tile products within a speciﬁc time frame.

Italian art connects with Australian markets through inﬂuence

Since landing on Sydney shores in post-war Australia, Santo Giunta has created a tile business that is deﬁned by his Italian ancestry. He is a genuine inﬂuencer of Italian tiles.

Throughout his long career in the ceramic tile industry — over 50 years and counting — Santo (Sam) Giunta has proudly used his heritage as an effective marketing tool for his company, Classic Ceramics.

Since opening in 1969, the business now has three locations in Sydney (head ofﬁce), Brisbane and Melbourne. It employs more than 50 people across its ofﬁces, showrooms and warehouse facilities.

As he reﬂects on his long career, Mr Giunta told Tile Today about some of his biggest memories and milestones. He said: “Whilst there are many milestones that I have of the industry that has given me so much of pride and joy, and a good livelihood, I would say that my visit to Bologna to attend my ﬁrst Cersaie Fair in 1971 (then known as Saie) is my most memorable.

“Also, looking back to the 1970s, ‘80s and ‘90s … the highlight was me receiving the Assopiastrelle Award in 1997, recognising my contribution for creating awareness of Italian ceramic tiles in Australia.

“Finally, being the recipient of the Pioneer Award in 2022, for 50 years of continuous attendance of fairs in Italy and my contribution to the Italian ceramic industry in Australia for over ﬁve decades, has been the most cherished and humbling moment in my long career.”

The beginning

Mr Giunta and his family arrived in Australia in the 1950s from Agira, a small town in the province of Enna in Sicily, Italy.

At the time, Italians came to Australia in search of work, which would give them economic security and a better future for their families.

Their intentions were to work hard, save their money and eventually “migliorare la vita” or make a better life for themselves. The 1950s was the peak decade of Italian migration

developing economy and it needed jobs for its immigrants.

The Snowy Mountains HydroElectric Scheme was a major project that attracted 100,000 people from over 30 countries to travel to the mountains to work on the Snowy, with up to 7,000 workers on the site at any one time. Seventy per cent of the workers were migrants from Italy, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Britain, Norway, Poland and the Former Yugoslavia.

Many were chosen for their engineering and construction skills, or their experience working in alpine conditions. The relatively high wages in Australia provided a strong incentive to come.

This was the environment the Giunta family faced in the 1950s. They saw Australia as a land of promise, where hard work, determination, and imagination would allow them to create a better life for their children. These values were not lost on the children, particularly nine-year-old Sam Giunta.

By 1965, Mr Giunta entered the tiling industry as an apprenticeship when he was seventeen. He opened his ﬁrst tile shop in 1969, Classic Tiles Pty Ltd, trading exclusively in locally manufactured tiles. It was after his ﬁrst visit to Cersaie in 1971 that he started Classic Ceramics (Importers) and he has become known as an ardent promoter of Italian made tiles. As the Classic Ceramics website notes:

“The initial market reaction was ambivalent. (It was) both fascinated by and apprehensive of the new and exotic products. People soon became engaged with Sam and his tiles, and the operation began to expand interstate. Sam would drive around Australia visiting tile retailers with pallets of tile samples in the back of a van. Gradually his passion, perseverance, and unorthodox marketing strategies transformed the attitudes of Australian consumers, he increased the awareness and appreciation of Italian ceramic tiles…”

Mr Giunta tells Tile Today what

he thinks "Made in Italy" means in 2023, and whether this has changed over the years. He said:

“I suppose, because of my heritage, I was always passionate about designer Italian ceramic tiles. However, as we are all aware, the huge volume of product sourced from Asia, together with innovation and technical advancements such as high-resolution scanners and digital printing, have to an extent, contributed to the commoditisation of the product.

“Artisan designer tiles are becoming more sought after for the discerning sector of the market. As a consequence, and to retain the prestige and mystique of Italian ceramics, our motto has more recently become, ‘It Doesn’t Only Have To Look Good, It Has To Feel Good. Made In Italy”.

“Although there are lots of similar or imitation products, having the original product from Italy makes one feel good.”

Recognition

In 1997, Mr Giunta was presented with the Assopiastrelle Award from the Association of Italian Ceramic Tile Manufacturers that acknowledges a company that has enhanced the image of Italian ceramic tile. He is the ﬁrst-ever nonEuropean distributor to be honoured with the award and remains the only Australian business to have received it.

More recently in 2022, he received the prestigious Pioneer Award by the governing body of ceramics in Italy, Conﬁndustria Ceramica, in recognition of his loyalty to Italian ceramics industry. He received it during the Cersaie event in September 2022.

The award also symbolises his ongoing and continuous attendance of Cersaie for over 50 years. He has not missed an event since the ﬁrst one he attended in 1971. He told Ceramica.info, the ofﬁcial portal of the Italian ceramic industry:

“Today, we distinguish ourselves by promoting Made in Italy products with original designs and reputable, good quality material.”

This point of difference is an ideal ﬁt for Classic Ceramics’ target market that are mainly speciﬁers such as designers, architects, property developers and retailers. Mr Giunta explains:

“Successful marketing depends significantly on before- and aftersales service, including warranties, cleaning regimes and technical information for specific applications, especially for the boutique end of the market. Comprehensive service to clients is of paramount importance, adding to our credibility and giving the customer a greater degree of confidence.”

The ceramic tiles offered by Classic Ceramics is primarily used for high-end residential projects, and in the hospitality sector including hotels, restaurants, clubs, pubs as well as aged care facilities and retirement villages.

Mr Giunta sees architects generally leading the way in terms of tile trends, especially when it comes to sustainability in the industry. As a result, he believes that sustainable and eco-friendly production processes are gaining more attention by consumers along

with larger format tiles. He said: “…ﬂoor tiles are now larger with 1.2×1.2m are becoming increasingly popular as well as larger slabs for walls and other applications. Just a few decades ago such sizes would have been unimaginable. It is obvious that technology from tile manufacturers, glue manufacturers, equipment manufacturers and skilled tilers, have all played a part in this evolution.

“There will always be a market for smaller tiles and mosaics. And

although natural stone will always be popular, the market for digitally scanned and printed porcelain tiles and slabs is expanding rapidly mainly due to the cost advantages, the beneﬁt of low maintenance and environmental reasons.”

Mr Giunta also has some thoughts on how the Italian tile ceramic industry can lift its proﬁle in Australia and other countries. He told Ceramica.info:

“While brand awareness is heavily promoted in [Italian] cars

(Ferrari, Lamborghini) and clothing (Gucci, Armani), little or no promotion is undertaken by Italian tile manufacturers. I understand that with the large number of Italian ceramic factories, there is a degree of fragmentation, and it may not be economically feasible to promote individual factory brands. However, if the governing body were to promote ‘Made in Italy’ or ‘Italian Ceramic Tiles’, I believe that such a promotional campaign would surely have a

positive impact on the overall demand for Italian ceramics in Australia, which would in turn follow through to individual factory brands. Conﬁndustria Ceramica should organise expos/ exhibitions in Australia and other parts of the world to promote the Made in Italy branding, which could be ﬁnanced through some sort of a levy from Italian manufacturers based on their square meter production…

“Made in Italy is a symbol of

status that I choose to promote strongly. I am also passionate about promoting my heritage.”

The key connections Mr Giunta has made between Italian made ceramic tiles and how it ﬁts with the way Australians live and work has helped make Classic Ceramics successful. Some of the Italian tile brands it distributes include ABK, Appiani, Bardelli, Marazzi, Mirage and Vogue. n

Ceramic tile imports stabilise at lower level in 2022

As the world continues to adjust to disruptions caused by the pandemic, production delays, ﬁnancial and supply chain uncertainty, the latest Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) import ﬁgures show a 4.9 per cent fall in ceramic tile imports in 2022, writes Peter

The import volume dropped in the March quarter then stabilised at a little over 42 million square metres throughout 2022. The earlier temporary increase in imports from September quarter 2020 to September quarter 2021 could be due to higher inventory levels being held by local importers along with an anticipated increased demand. Australia experienced a signiﬁcant increase in residential building commencements during that period which peaked in June 2021 but has been declining ever since.

Ceramic tile imports totalled 42,061,533 square metres in 2022, down from 44,207,561 square metres in the previous year. While imports fell by 4.9 per cent, the total Australian customs value leapt by 10.8 per cent to AUD490,890,334. This reﬂected factory price increases

and a weaker Australian dollar despite the fall in shipping costs which returned to more normal levels in 2022. A graph showing the annualised import volumes and Australian customs values over the last 10 years can be seen in Fig.1.

A detailed breakdown of imports by country and the declared destination state is shown in Fig.2 The top five source countries for ceramic tile imports over the last five years are shown in Fig.3. Outside of the top five source countries, Vietnam is notable as the 6th largest supplier in 2022, up from 10th largest in 2021. Imports from Vietnam more than doubled in the last 12 months.

Imports from China fell by 6.2 per cent in 2022 and made up 73.9 per cent of all tile imports, down from 74.9 per cent in 2021. The average Australian customs value of tiles

from China increased from AUD7.94 per square metre in 2021 to AUD9.11 in 2022.

Imports from Italy rose by 5 per cent in 2022 and made up 9.4 per cent of tile import volume and 20.6 per cent of the total customs value. The average customs value per square metre for Italian tiles rose from AUD23.45 in 2021 to AUD25.66 in 2022.

Spanish imports fell for the ﬁrst time in four years. The 5.2 per cent fall was only slightly greater than the overall national fall in imports. Spanish ceramic tiles made up 5.2 per cent of total imports, with an average customs value of AUD23.94, up signiﬁcantly from the year before. India was the fourth biggest source of ceramic tiles imported to Australia in 2022. Imports declined 16

by 3.8 per cent, less than the national average fall. The average customs value of Indian tiles rose from AUD7.62 in 2021 to AUD10.05 in 2022.

The volume of tiles imported from Malaysia continued to fall, reducing by 45.5 per cent to 818,311 square metres in 2022. The average Australian customs value per square

metre from Malaysia was AUD8.44, up from AUD7.20 in 2021.

A breakdown of ceramic tile imports to Australia by type indicates that 63 per cent of all tiles imported were effectively porcelain with a water absorption coefﬁcient by weight of less than 0.5 per cent. A further 16.8 per cent had a water absorption coefﬁcient between 0.5

and 10 per cent whilst another 16.8 per cent had a water absorption of over 10 per cent. Mosaics and ﬁnishing pieces made up the balance of 3.4 per cent of ceramic tiles imported.

Fig.4 illustrates the declared destination states’ imports per quarter over previous ﬁve years. In 2022, imports to New South Wales rose by 1.3 per cent and made up 39.4 per cent of all ceramic tiles imported. Imports to Victoria made up 26 per cent of the national total but fell by 8.9 per cent or 1 million square metres in 2022.

Imports to Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia fell by 6.1, 10.9 and 15 per cent respectively. Tasmania fell by 30.7 per cent while imports to the Northern Territory increased by ﬁve per cent. n

Raising industry standards for members

The committees include BD 038 – AS 3740

Waterproofing of Domestic Wet Areas which sets out the requirements for the materials, design and installation of waterproofing for domestic wet areas for residential buildings, BD 044 – AS 3958.1 Guide to the Installation of Tiles which provides guidance on the preparation of the background, the fixing and grouting of floor and wall tiles, and mosaic tiles, and BD 094 – AS 4586 Slip-Resistance Classification of New Pedestrian Surfaces. This Australian Standard for slip resistance was first published in 1993 and requires that the floor surface achieve a minimum coefficient of friction of 0.4 in wet and/or dry conditions using the wet pendulum test and the dry floor friction test.

There is also HB 198 – Guide to the Speciﬁcation and Testing of Slip Resistance Pedestrian Surfaces which goes into detail regarding the new changes to the Building Code of Australia slip requirements. The new slip requirements include prescriptive testing to ensure that nosings, stairs and ramps are adequately slip resistant when constructed.

Tile Today recently asked Fred Gray (Laticrete) and member of the ATC’s National Technical Committee about some of the speciﬁcs of the council’s involvement and what it can mean for members.

Tile Today (TT): How did the ATC get involved with Standards Australia

Fred Gray (FG): Given the Australian Tile Council is the peak body representing the ceramic tile and tiling industry, representation on the Standards Australia Committees for tiling, waterprooﬁng and slip resistances is important to ensure good guidance and outcomes for our members and the industry at large.

It follows that being a stakeholder and actively participating on the relevant Standards Australian committees is a major focus. We are involved in activities such as proposing and participating on projects like the current Australian Standard AS3958 Installation of ceramic and stone tiles.

TT: What is the main mission for the Standards Australia Committee?

FG: To produce a standard or other relevant document outlined in the Standards Proposal by bringing together key parties and other stakeholders to form a technical committee to develop these standards. These generally expert technical committees, collaborate and work together to produce a document based on the scope of the proposal approved by Standards Australia.

TT: What is involved in being part of these committees?

FG: The committees meet to assess the scope of the proposal and set time frames for completing the project.

The complexity of the project, number of technically capable people available, external deadlines all play a part in planning the timetable for the project. The work can be divided into parts to be handled by different groups or the group as a whole can work on the project. Groups or individuals will bring revisions or new content to the committee at meetings which is reviewed and agreed upon by consensus for insertion into a draft. Some standards have a short time frame and large amount of work which means very regular meetings.

In addition, the ATC’s affiliate membership of the Building Products Industry Council (BPIC) allows an ATC technical expert on the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) Waterproofing and Water Shedding – Technical Reference Group, which will review all waterproofing measures within the National Construction Code (NCC) for 2025.

Tile store to luxury tile supplier: a family story

From 2008 to 2009 the four daughters of an Italianborn tile retailer began the transformation of the family business from a successful single showroom that catered mainly to builders, to a sevenshowroom business based in New South Wales with a wider clientele.

Now at its fortieth anniversary, the business has completed its transition to a supplier of luxury tiles, built on its close relationships with Italian and Spanish tile companies.

That wasn’t the original plan for Di Lorenzo Tiles. Jack Di Lorenzo, the father of the four women, had not planned on his daughters being involved in the business at all. He wanted them to receive a tertiary education (an opportunity he did not have) and to pursue careers elsewhere. But their work in the family tile store in their early years, and the evident pull family has exerted on them, saw the four unite — along with three husbands who also work in the business — to build a second generation of further success.

Like most immigrant stories, the early days are a tale of balancing risk and reward. As Tina Di Lorenzo — who runs marketing for the company — tells it, the ﬁrst turning point was establishing a business with major builders.

“Mum and Dad started with just one showroom. And they were approached, I think it was by AV Jennings … to see if they could send their customers to him. And he was quite hesitant originally, because he just didn't think that he could do it.

“Once they came on board, and he had the systems [in place], it kind of grew organically. Builders just gravitated to him. We mainly did builders for a long, long time. I mean, we also did retail, but it was just the one showroom for a long time, and we really didn't start expanding showrooms until probably around 2008 and 2009.”

As with most family business, the daughters were expected to contribute to the store. “When mum and dad started the business, I was ﬁnishing school and my younger sisters were still at school, but we had to work in the business to earn pocket money. So we were there on Saturdays cleaning tiles and whatnot,” said Tina.

“He kind of said, you girls have to work to earn your pocket money, but I also want you girls to go and study and do your own thing. He was never really insistent on our joining the business. And to be honest, it wasn't a place for women at the time, it was very much a man's world. Tiles were

a necessity, they were almost a hardware product. And we certainly had no interest in tile. He wanted us to go and study and have an education. That was most important. He did this so we could have an education.”

It just so happened, however, that the education and careers the four girls undertook ended up being nearly perfect – in combination – to later help boost a growing tile business.

“Maria, my older sister, she's actually a chartered accountant. I got into marketing, Diana who runs all the showrooms and is our sales manager, she's actually a qualiﬁed English high school teacher. So she's very disciplined and into procedures and systems. Belinda is much younger than the rest of us. She studied performing arts and theatre. She's now in charge of all our merchandising in our new showrooms, she designs them all.

“We all came back with something.”

The daughters returned to the business at an ideal time, just as the tile industry was undergoing its transformation from a commodiﬁed, “tiles are

tiles” approach to something more nuanced, with a greater emphasis on style and design.

“We came back in when things got interesting, and Dad had started importing tiles from Italy. Back then, the reps would over to our place, some would stay in our place. It was a very different time. Dad would often ask our opinion [of the tiles]. We thought, ‘Wow this is different.’ This is not what we are normally seeing in the showrooms,” said Tina.

Today Di Lorenzo Tile Merchants deals with a mix of markets. “We wholesale some of our exclusive ranges to other tile shops, and we also deal with the commercial and architectural market. A large part of our business is the supply and ﬁx of tiles for our builder clients, and our showrooms service homeowners, renovators and interior designers,” explains Tina.

generation family members who work in key roles in the business. “Collectively we've said there's a lot of us, we've got a lot of skills. Let's see how far we can go with this and grow the business,” said Tina.

Though Tina is also appropriately cautions when asked if the showrooms would ever expand beyond the New South Wales base. “We do wholesale some ranges into Queensland and Victoria. [But] never say never. One good thing about us is we do encourage ourselves to push ourselves and look for new opportunities. We are always looking for something new to do. We're always looking for new ideas, actually. That's one good thing about us as a family,” explains Tina.

Di Lorenzo Tile Merchants has achieved growth while maintaining its independence. Tina agrees its success as an independent business is, in part, because it is a relationship and knowledgebased business, beyond being just a tile business.

The types of tiles it offers, and its showrooms continue to be Di Lorenzo’s point of difference in the market. “We invest in collections which are new, exciting and unique. We are constantly reviewing and updating our showrooms to ensure we are providing beautiful places for our customers to shop,” said Tina.

Not surprisingly, product knowledge is very important to Di Lorenzo. “When a consultant joins our team, we ensure they are well trained so they can provide the best service to our customers. We also constantly engage in training of any new products, and we often invite our overseas agents to assist in product training when they are visiting from Europe. This helps our staff connect with the [tile] brands,” she said.

The company also has a limited but smart approach to ecommerce. As Tina

explains it: “Whilst we do have mainstream products such as subways and mosaics which are easy to sell online, we prefer our customers to experience our exclusive ranges in our showrooms. This allows us to show our clients larger displays of our ranges, many of which you need to see, feel and touch to appreciate.

“Bringing customers into our stores is important to us. We also ﬁnd once customers are in our showroom, they do appreciate the knowledge our staff have in assisting them to select tiles. This experience cannot be replicated online.”

The entrepreneurial drive and smarts of Jack Di Lorenzo and his wife Sally has led to their obtaining a number of signiﬁcant projects across hospitality, retail, health and government. Some of the 24

company’s valued clients include Harris Farm, Chanel, Samsung, Nandos, Westﬁeld, Westpac and Merivale, to name a few. Tina added, “A lot of smaller, independent designers come through the showrooms, not just design ﬁrms, and we have a lot of loyal relationships. We also do a lot of high end residential and apartment blocks.”

As an importer of tiles from Italy and Spain, relationships with suppliers are essential for Di Lorenzo. “We only deal with the best suppliers, ones which we know are at the forefront of design and also product quality, which is extremely important for us. We have been dealing with some of our suppliers for over 30 years,” said Tina.

and into 2024. “What we're seeing now is a lot of organic, neutral tones, chalky whites and textured tiles. We have found a real shift from people wanting a basic 30 by 60cm white … We've also seen [more] patina or resin tiles for walls. We're deﬁnitely moving away from grey and more into sandy tones.

“Hand-made tiles continue to be in demand … We've seen return to travertine inspired porcelain tiles but also textured feature walls that are also tonal.

“Anything terracotta in porcelain, or real terracotta. We've got some collections that are relatively new that have got an irregular edge that are made in a French pattern...or modular sizes. It’s very much ‘farmhouse’. A lot more of those trends will come through this year.” n

A premium soundproof, highly fexible, lightweight, high strength, fast setting commercial tile adhesive. ADH-77 is a unique one-part soundproof adhesive which exceeds the BCA requirements for impact sound control in residential apartment buildings.

ADH-66 Light Premium Lightweight C2ETS2

ADH-66 Light is a premium lightweight, fexible, very high strength white tile adhesive for all internal and external wall and foor applications including swimming pools. ADH-66 Light has a super light feel on the trowel & is suitable for supporting subway tiles through to large format. ADH-66 Light has great non slump properties and will support heave large format tiles/stone.

ADH-55 Premium Polymer Modifed C2ETS2

ADH-55 is a premium, commercial grade, high strength, fexible, quality, polymer modifed cement-based Tile Adhesive. Used for internal and external applications over concrete, green screed, cement render, fbre cement sheeting & plasterboard. ADH-55 is suitable for tiling commercial heavy traffc applications, driveways, external cladding. It can also be used in swimming pools as an adhesive & light grey grout system.

ADH-44 Premium Powder Mastic C2ETS1

ADH-44 is a premium, fexible, high strength non-slip/non slump, powder mastic style tile adhesive. Used for internal and external wall & foor tiling applications. Suitable for tiling over concrete, sand cement screeds, cement render, fbrous cement sheeting, plasterboards as well as tiling over existing tiles. ADH-44 is ideal for large format tiles including rectifed edge tiles.

ADH-33 Premium Rubber Modifed C2ETS1

ADH-33 is a premium rubber & polymer modifed fexible tile adhesive used for wall & foor applications. Recommended over concrete, green screed, cement render, fbre cement sheeting, plasterboard as well as ACT approved under tile waterproofng membranes. ADH-33 is suitable for internal & external applications including bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, existing tiles, decks & verandahs.
