THE PROBLEM
THE SOLUTION
D&AD are hosting an event for the design company gbh. The event will be held at the Rosebowl Lecture Theatre in Leeds and will revolve around a talk by designers from the gbh company and also celebrates their 12th birthday. The talk is third in a range of lectures hosted in the north of england. Promotional material needs to be designed to advertise the event in leeds. Also, for the event its self, there needs to be decoration for the venue and anything else deemed necessary to make those attending feel welcome and enjoy the event to the fullest.
A range of materials to promote the event before hand and during will include: Email design, posters around leeds, magazine page, tickets, road signage to direct cars/people on foot, banners outside before/during event, yellow carpet, ballooins, inside banners, sign-in method for ticket holders, showcase of gbh work on the walls, signage inside the building (toilets, lecture room etc.)
