Compliance remains a constant threat to our 250 000 registered non-government organisations (NGOs) in South Africa. Donors are increasingly cautious about where to invest donor funding and the need for compliance checks becomes more critical as donors focus on governance, impact and return on investment.

As a professional donor agency, every potential applicant trying to access Community Chest funding has to successfully complete our due diligence process before being considered a compliant candidate.

Once compliant and funded, Community Chest conducts regular impact assessments with organisations to track the measurable success of the programmes and projects and to help remedy where there may be shortcomings.
