Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana

Entre un ambiente caribeño, toboganes multicolores, chorros de agua que suben y bajan y un gran cubo de agua que al llenarse derrama una sorprendente cascada de agua se encuentra ISLA PIRATA. Este divertido escenario fue desarrollado pensando principalmente en ofrecer un valor agregado a los visitantes que llegan a interactuar con los delfines en el ambiente más seguro y confortable de República Dominicana. ISLA PIRATA también ha sido creada para todos los dominicanos que quieran visitarla y pasar un día familiar y muy divertido en las instalaciones de Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana.

Dolphin Discovery opens it’s NEW attraction, PIRATE ISLAND. Among a Caribbean environment, multicolored water slides, water jets that go up and down, and a large bucket of water that spills a surprising waterfall is PIRATE ISLAND.This amusing scenario was created thinking mainly of offering an added value to the visitors who come to interact with the dolphins in the safest and most comfortable environment in the Dominican Republic. PIRATE ISLAND has also been created for all the dominicans who wants to visit and have a fun filled family day inside the Dolphin Discovery Punta Cana.

ZIPLINES & monkey land

Montaña Redonda Es un paraíso natural a casi 1,000 pies de altura sobre el nivel del mar, ubicada en Miches, a 45 minutos de Punta Cana. Es un espacio cargado frescura y paz, ideal para despejar y descansar la mente de la rutina diaria y el bullicio de la ciudad. Podrás disfrutar de una vista de 360 grados donde podrás ver toda la Bahía de Samaná, las cordilleras de Miches, el mar, las playas de Costa Esmeralda y Limón, las lagunas El Limón y la Redonda. We will visit the largest and most important church in the country, the Basilica of La Altagracia, cruise across a sugar cane plantation. go inside an artisan sugar cane mill and watch an accurate re-enactment of a colonial era “trapiche”. Visit a local family in their home, they´ll invite you to their farm and their coffee plantation, take a moment to taste the real cacoa and many exotics fruits. En los años 40 fue construida esta preciosa casa Victoriana, dentro de una plantación de caña de azúcar. Posee la mezcla perfecta de una construcción con detalles históricos y el confort moderno. Es un área protegida privada que pertenece y es operada por la Fundación Ecológica Puntacana. Esta reserva, que consiste en bosques subtropicales de tierra baja, abarca 1,500 acres de tierra dedicada a la conservación, investigación científica y recreación. Es una reserva forestal con 12 lagunas de agua fresca, en tres de las cuáles los huéspedes pueden nadar, que les brinda un hábitat a cientos de aves, reptiles, insectos y otra flora y fauna local. Aparte tienen el Parque Ecológico, con senderos, atracciones relacionadas con la naturaleza y la cultura histórica de la isla, incluyendo un hábitat de iguanas, un mini zoológico, exhibición de caña de azúcar y un jardín de árboles frutales.

Es un parque temático de animales, en el que podrás interactuar con ellos en su hábitat, con los más altos estándares de comodidad y seguridad. Entre las ofertas de este parque están nadar con los delfines, lobitos de mar, hacer snorkel con rayas y tiburones; así como disfrutar de un show con aves y leones marinos. Reserva Ecológica Ojos Indígenas

sharks; as well as a live show with birds and sea lions. It´s a privately owned protected area that belongs to and is operated by Puntacana Ecological Foundation. This reserve, consisting of lowlands subtropical forest, covers 1,500 acres of land dedicated to conservation, investigation and recreation. It is a forest reserve with 12 lagoons, of which three are apt for swimming and provides hábitat for an abundance of birds, reptiles, insects, and other local flora and fauna. Apart from this, they have an Ecological Park with interpretive trails that feature distinct attractions related to the natural and cultural history of the island, including an iguana hábitat, petting zoo, sugarcane exhibition and fruit tree garden.
