EMS Electrolyte Management System ELECTROLYTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) Both systems with chamber filter presses and with microfiltration are available for filtration purposes. This allows the filtrate quality and volume to be customized specifically to your requirements. Systems with a filtration capacity of between 40 and 600 l/min are available, standard. Monitoring conductivity, temperature, pressure, flow rate and pH value allow for high reproducibility of machining results. Sludge can either be discharged manually or automatically depending on the discharge volume and will be designed to perfectly fit your production process. With the modular concept of the EMAG ECM machines, you are able to supply multiple ECM machines with electrolyte using a single EMS.
