Using Fingerprint, EMAG Service produces a diagnosis that provides information on the condition of the mechanical components. One of the primary benefits of Fingerprint is that no expensive dismantling or assembly work is required in order to perform a machine evaluation.
Sensors, machine logs, remote platforms and other sources deliver enormous volumes of data. The challenge is to prepare this big data so that values can be derived from it at a cost, risk and, above all, growth level.
Condition Monitoring allows the machine condition to be monitored using Data Analytics. The machine condition and possible discrepancies between actual and desired states form the basis for condition-based and preventive maintenance.
