Inspection

Fingerprint

As part of an inspection, we give you the opportunity to ­determine the current state of your machine. All the ­necessary reconditioning or modification measures are ­listed in an inspection report, which will also include a ­catalogue of measures and a quotation.

Fingerprint allows you to increase the availability of your ­machines and in turn, your productivity, reducing workpiece costs. Using an analysis produced by Fingerprint, EMAG can provide you with a machine diagnosis, giving you insight on the current state of your machines mechanical components.

The best part is that no expensive dismantling or a­ ssembly work is required in order to perform a machine evaluation.

Using the data provided by Fingerprint, you obtain an up-todate machine status report containing information on the performance of the machine axes.

According to our experience, an inspection should be ­completed at least once per year in order to guarantee availability at any time. These inspections will keep your ­machines trouble free and guarantee you maintain your ­current quality standards.

For every three machines you have inspected by our EMAG ServicePlus specialists, you will receive one Fingerprint analysis free of charge.

Balancing

Fitness Check

Quality requirement demands for workpieces has consistently increased over the past few years. The ­ ­accompanying increase in speeds means an imbalance of the clamping devices used is increasingly noticeable. In ­order to keep the precision high, the machine must undergo an on-site dynamic balancing of the clamping system on two different planes.

With the fitness check, the overall state of the machine is carefully assessed against 70 check points. Among other things, this includes checking:
