You will be joining a team of experienced professional nurses and working in conjunction with other Health Care professionals. Part of the role is to manage junior staff in providing a high standard of care. You will need to be a qualified RN Level 1 Band 5.
The Lakeland home shopping department sends customer orders all over the UK and around the world. We require enthusiastic team members committed to serving the needs of our customers. These roles involve assisting and supporting our existing teams preparing customer orders for despatch. They are manual jobs which involve light but repetitive handling of stock to and from shelving, pallets and picking trolleys, so you need to be able to reach and bend. You need to be numerate, accurate and conscientious, capable of being self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. You will be required to achieve specific individual performance targets relating to shelf filling, picking and packing. Contracts available are full-time 39 hours (over 5 full days including at least one weekend day in 3 weeks), part-time 32 hours (over 4 full days including at least one weekend day each alternate week), part-time 24 hours (over 3 days including at least one weekend day each alternate week) and part-time 16 hours (either both weekend days each week or at least one weekend day over alternate weeks). We also have flexible options for 12, 16 and 20 hour evening contracts, between 6:00pm and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. These will include Saturday evening work (4:00pm to 8:00pm) on a rota basis (1 weekend day in 3 weeks). Day shifts are operational between 7:00am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday between 7:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday between 7:00am - 3:30pm.
