This is a developmental role and requires someone who is currently studying towards an AAT accounting qualification or who has a strong desire to do so as part of a supported study package. Previous experience of working in an accounts department and knowledge of Sage accountancy packages would be an advantage but is not essential.

Previous experience is desirable but not essential as we offer a comprehensive training with support plan. You must be willing to undertake mandatory training. We also support and encourage individuals with their personal professional development plan and further education and training is available. The home and organisation both provide excellent opportunities for career development.
