The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service with the ability to lead, motivate and train their team, delivering and maintaining first-rate standards of service for our valued customers. Working in a very busy environment, they will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and will have a hands on approach to all duties within this department.
