The presentation of the confectionary is as important as the taste therefore we are looking for someone who can deliver high quality, innovative and consistent confectionary whilst maintaining cost control and ensuring all other relevant staff can deliver the same standards. The role also involves working other stations during service and assisting with daily prep. Must be able to work split shifts, evenings and weekends.
