MAINTENANCE & ESTATE MANAGER To manage a team of eight looking after both the Hotel and the Lake House. The role is very hands on and requires an excellent eye for detail, the ability to liaise with other department heads, experience in delegation and team management, good project management of on-going refurbishment programmes, as well as organised management of daily maintenance schedules of the buildings, gardens and grounds (120 acres in total). Whilst there is always a reactive element in the role, we have back-up generators, water supplies and heating systems, so are relatively well equipped to cope with the majority of events that occur. This position is crucial to the smooth running of the hotel. Good salary, dependant on experience and proven ability.
