Property Management Assistant to join our busy team. Mint Homes are an award-winning, independent, internet-based letting agent. We offer an end-to-end service and pride ourselves on providing a friendly and efficient service to our landlords and tenants. We are looking for a motivated individual. Our ideal applicant will have exceptional organisational skills, an ability to trouble shoot and solve problems and have a proven track record in multitasking. You do not need a background in lettings but an interest is important. The applicant must demonstrate they are: • Able to show attention to detail • Able to stay calm under pressure • Methodical and thorough in their approach to work • Organised • Good at juggling tasks and prioritising • Experienced in the Microsoft Office package • A great team player • A desire to show initiative This part time role will be 25-30 hours per week, (Mon-Fri) but flexibility is a must. £8.00 per hour.

As you will be providing care to clients in their own homes it is essential that you have a full driving licence (valid to drive in the UK) and have access to a reliable car.
