Full-time / £22,650 per annum We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Duty Manager into our team and to join a company that is passionate about friendly service and high standards. You should be organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong experience in front office and reservations is desirable as well as a good knowledge of food and beverage operations and maintaining five star accommodation. We are looking to recruit a reservationist to cover a period of maternity leave. As a reservationist you will be taking bookings for hotel rooms, self catering properties, spa and restaurant. The reservations team covers weekends and evenings so flexibility would be required. The ideal candidate will be completely customer focused and want to help ensure the costumer journey from first contact through to arrival is as smooth as possible. The position would suit either an experienced receptionist or reservationist. You will need to provide friendly and efficient reservations service and ensure that customer’s needs are met whilst maximising revenue & up selling wherever possible. You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills. It is also important you are a good team player, as well as able to work on your own initiative when necessary. Knowledge of hotels, spa, restaurants, self catering would be an advantage.
