The ideal candidate will be completely customer focused and want to help ensure the costumer journey from first contact through to arrival is as smooth as possible. The position would suit either an experienced receptionist or reservationist. You will need to provide friendly and efficient reservations service and ensure that customer’s needs are met whilst maximising revenue & up selling wherever possible. You must provide first class customer service and should be highly organised with good communication skills. It is also important you are a good team player, as well as able to work on your own initiative when necessary. Knowledge of hotels, spa, restaurants, self catering would be an advantage.
