Kitchen Assistant

Starting Salary £23,398 FTE (pro rata £17,696) The pro rata salary quoted is for 32 hours per week, term time only, plus one week in school holidays (must include examination results days).

We are looking to employ Room Attendants. Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. You will have a strong quality background and enjoy working as part of a team.

Duties include organising the calendar of examinations and assessments, providing appropriate provision and supervision of the examinations staff, acting as a central receiver of the information from examinations boards, DfE, LA and other bodies, processing examination results and preparing data as required by stakeholders.

To help with food prep, washing up and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, preferably gained within a secondary school examinations department. A high level of computer literacy is required, specifically with Excel and SIMS. Excellent attention to detail, grammatical and numerical accuracy and organisational skills are essential, as is discretion and confidentiality.You will also possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be competent in managing your time and minimising financial impact.

Full-time 40hr week with flexible straight shifts. Part-time flexible hours also available.
