Online Training Administrator
MTCS specialise in the provision of online training packages for the Offshore Energy sector including Oil & Gas and Renewables. Our training is recognised as the industry standard on a global basis. It is therefore our ambition to continue to deliver the highest level of online training whilst making use of the latest technology and software in a challenging industry. We are looking to expand our small team by recruiting a Learning Management System Administrator, with exceptional attention to detail and demonstrable experience of administering/managing an LMS (such as Moodle or Totara). Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate can look forward to joining a growing, highly collaborative learning & development team that have developed ground breaking training and certification initiatives in the offshore energy (oil & gas, renewables) industry. You will be the primary system administrator for MTCS Online and provide administration duties for MTCS learning programs, whilst ensuring the functions and capabilities of the LMS are fully utilised. The role will require you to develop an in-depth understanding of system capability, looking at how this is being used currently (content, data, reporting, etc.) and making proactive recommendations to the MD on how this could be more effectively used to improve customer experience. Events Catering Coordinator £8.50 PER HOUR
The Terrace has a busy events schedule with groups, weddings & private functions. We are looking for someone with strong customer focus to plan these events with customers, working with the chef and daytime catering supervisor in menu preparation, costing, rotas and taking responsibility for the delivery of the events. This is a full time position averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a degree of seasonality. A flair for organisation and customer service required. Hours are made up with front of house daytime duties also as required.
