Customer Service Representative (Day Shift)

To provide an excellent customer service experience for our varied customer base and be able to process orders accurately and speedily. To be able to deal with a wide range of customer queries. Key responsibilities • To make and receive calls from our existing customer base • To process customer orders on our order entry system • “Warm sales” to actively promote products to an existing customer base • To deal with any customer queries and resolve any issues through communication with all departments within the company Personal specification • Offer a high level of customer service • Be able to process orders accurately and quickly • Experience of Microsoft Office and/or data inputting systems • Call handling experience would be an advantage • Knowledge of the catering industry would be an advantage This position is full time, Monday to Friday on our day shift, with some Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Part time can be discussed. Flexibility is a must as our evening shift (which includes Sundays) will need to be covered from time to time.

What questions should I ask in an interview? “So, is there anything you’d like to ask us…” Boy do those words strike fear into the hearts of most people! It’s the end of the interview and now it’s your turn to ask a few smart questions to impress them – but what to ask? Do NOT start asking about holiday/ vacation, or the finer details of the salary arrangements, instead ask questions that show how keen you are to work there and develop in the role. Below are 20 great questions to ask at the end of your interview – I hope you find them helpful..

The Top Twenty So here,you go, 20 great questions to ask during your interview. Please do NOT ask all 20 at once, 2 or 3 should be fine – 4 maximum. Make sure that you only ask questions that could not have been answered by better research prior to the interview. Also please don’t repeat them verbatim, word them in a style that you’re comfortable with.
