Responsibilities: • Providing impeccable front of house service to both members and general public at all times. • Ensuring all areas of the club house are always available to members and guests and are tidy & clean. • Management of the bar, including staffing, product ordering and stocktaking. • Taking responsibility of all necessary club administration and finances. Required experience: • Experience of catering for a variety of functions, from dinner dances of 12 people to weddings of 200. • Excellent culinary skills and ability to take charge of breakfasts and bar lunches, as well as high quality evening meals. • Management of staff which you will be responsible for hiring when required. • Previous, relevant recent experience running a similar operation as well as some letting bedroom experience e.g. hotel management or golf club operation. • Previously running an operation under a Franchise agreement would be an advantage. • The role will suit a highly motivated, self-disciplined individual who wants to grow with and develop their business. • Excellent interpersonal skills required to communicate with members, staff and contactors.
