WHERE AND HOW DO YOU FIND NEW HOSTS FOR YOUR DEMOS? Of course, I started with my friends and family, they made it very easy for me and I felt comfortable. Meanwhile, my Hosts have all sorts of backgrounds and come from everywhere. They hear about ENJO because word gets around. It arouses their curiosity because their friends have it. I talk about ENJO when I’m out and about and my family supports me. Since we have a brilliant product, we will not run out of Hosts. HOW IMPORTANT IS IT TO YOU TO CONTINUE BOOKING DIRECTLY AT THE DEMO AND WHY? HOW DO YOU GO ABOUT OFFERING FURTHER BOOKING AT THE DEMO? Continuing to book at the Demo is one of my weak points, from which I can learn. This would be the easiest way to get bookings, which I usually miss out on because I’m so enthusiastic at the Demo.
MORE AND MORE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE OPTING FOR THE ENJOPURE SET. HOW DO YOU FOCUS ON IT? WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR SUCCESSFULLY OFFERING THE ENJOPURE SET? The ENJOpure Set? That always surprises me too. Frankly, I always try to explain to my customers that when they begin it would be wise to change completely in one area, otherwise it makes no sense. Most of them follow my advice, and many do it like I did eight years ago and make a complete change. I’ll start by telling my ENJO story and I think many people will come to the same conclusion: It’s all or nothing. I then deliver everything to them personally and take about one hour extra time. It is important to point out that they are not alone and that they can always call me because it is a big change at the beginning.

HOW DO CUSTOMERS RESPOND WHEN YOU MAKE A SERVICE CALL TO THEM? HOW DOES IT FEEL FOR YOU TO MAKE SERVICE CALLS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS? Many customers are very happy. Of course, I already know some of my customers well and while talking, in many cases we touch on private subjects. In addition to the regular service calls I make to my customers, I also hope that my customers call me when they need me and they feel well looked after. The most important thing for me are satisfied customers, not those who buy a lot and then don’t use anything because they don’t know how and where and what.

I had lost sight of my long-time friend for a short time, and when she held a Demo at my place in January last year, she just put the job on the table and upon seeing her off at the door at the end of the night I said: “I think I will do this.” That’s how my ENJOlife started and the most beautiful thing is: I hear and see a lot of her and am happy about our friendship. To allow yourself more freedom of movement, use the Twister, if necessary. • Thanks to its slim line and extended range, the Multi Tool allows an ergonomic cleaning position in hard-to-reach areas such as narrow stairways, gaps, etc. When developing our new premium tool, it was the protection of our environment that was particularly important to us. USE DRY TO DAMP. When applied slightly damp, the surfaces dry quickly and leave a perfectly shiny cleaning result. Moisten the Multi Tool Fibre Soft using water from the Spraybottle or Pumpbottle and clean the surface.
DRY TO WET. Moisten the Multi Tool Fibre Medium using water from the Spraybottle or Pumpbottle and clean the surface. Alternatively, you can moisten half of the Multi Tool Fibre Medium with water from the tap, fold it up and press lightly to squeeze out excess water. If used wet, you can either dry the surface with the dry Multi Tool Fibre Soft or remove the water using the Aluminium Channel & Rubber 28cm. Use the Living ENJOfil to dry the rubber lip. The Multi Tool Fibre Medium is also used for drying once you’re finished cleaning with the Multi Tool Fibre Strong.

ENJO’S GREEN PRODUCTION An environmentally friendly product is only sustainable if it is produced in this way. For this reason, ENJO’s production and headquarters have been 100% climate neutral for many years. Thanks to numerous environmental measures, we continue to take great steps to reduce our ecological footprint. In 2019 we were able to reduce our CO2 emissions by 9 tons, from 134 tons to 125 tons compared to the previous year, and also in 2020 many savings have been achieved.
