Once you have chosen a pub, our Recruitment Coordinators will discuss your short list and ideas to ensure you’re right for your choice of pub.

Now it’s time to start thinking about preparing a marketing plan, together with a business plan, including a profit & loss account and cash flow, with a trade accountant.

You and the Regional Manager, or Divisional Recruitment Manager, will discuss our Pub Business Assessment together to shape an agreement that best suits the needs of your new pub business.

It’s almost time for you to start your exciting career as an Enterprise publican. A handover is agreed to guide you through the process of taking the reins.
