Choosing the right partners Fareeda Design is an architectural and interiors design consultancy firm established in 1994. It has successfully gained a strong reputation for meeting demanding time and budget constraints whilst surpassing client expectations.

Fareeda Design was appointed for Omran’s Atana Musandam project. The firm worked in line with Omran’s vision to create a LEED certified three star hotel for Khasab that would cater for the growing demand in the region.

They ensured that the building’s interior combines the beauty of traditional Omani architecture with modern practicality. Fareeda Design was also appointed to redesign the lobby of Atana Khasab in 2014.

The majority of the materials were sourced locally and wherever possible renewable materials were selected.

The artefacts and handicrafts selected for the project were traditional local Omani products while most of the furniture was custom-designed and locally manufactured.
