With the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin WHAT IS DAIRY FARMERS OF WISCONSIN?
T
he Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Inc., dba Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, is a non-profit organization funded entirely by Wisconsin's dairy farm families. The organization has been created to increase the sale and consumption of Wisconsin milk and dairy products. Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is farmer-owned and farmer-directed. Their 25 dairy farmer board members are elected by their peers for three-year terms. Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin’s farmer-directors have direct involvement in planning and monitoring the organization’s marketing and promotional programs which are conducted by a staff of marketing, research and communications professionals.

Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cut each pear in half and scoop out the cores. 3. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and pour it into a baking dish. he story of Fromagerie Guilloteau begins nearly 14 years before the now-famous cheese company’s formation by a French cheese producer named Jean-Claude Guilloteau. Through a key encounter between Guilloteau and scientists for the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA), the creation of the special industrial process called ultrafiltration was developed and successfully patented in 1969. Guilloteau then went on to start his own company, Fromagerie Guilloteau in 1981 with a focus on producing an expanding line of top-quality cheeses made exclusively with the ultrafiltration process.

ltrafiltration is a special industrial process in which milk is filtered through a sieve to partially eliminate small molecules such as water, lactose and mineral salts. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with a silicone mat (or grease lightly). In a large bowl, using a hand mixer or whisk, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes. Add in the flaxseed egg, red food gel, and vanilla and beat until combined. 2. Shift in the dry ingredients and gently beat until just combined. 3. Using a tablespoon cookie dough scoop or large spoon, scoop out the dough into 12 cookie dough balls. Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared cooking sheet and press down lightly (this helps them spread better). 4. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the outside a lightly browned and the middle just set (the will continue to cook and harden as they cool). Let cool completely. 5. In a small microwave bowl, add the dark chocolate chip and coconut oil and microwave, on 50% power, in increments of 45 seconds, until fully melted. Add a dollop to the bottom side of each cookie and spread it out so it covers the whole Botton. Allow the chocolate to set. 6. For the frosting, add the plant-based butter to a stand-mixer (or using a large bowl and a hand mixer). Mix until light a fluffy, 2-4 minutes. Add in the Treeline cashew plain cream cheese and beat for another 2-3 minutes or until light and fluffy and fully combined with the butter (scraping down the sides as necessary). Add in the vanilla and pinch salt. Finally, add in the powdered sugar in 3 increments, beating until smooth and creamy. Add frosting to a piping bag with a regular round tip or a ziplock bag with a corner cut off. Top each cupcake with a dollop of frosting. 7. Spread frosting on half the cookies.
