FIGS IN SYRUP

Since 1921, from generation to generation, the same love of cheese making and know how is Fromagerie Milleret’s main driver.

Their quality milk comes from Montbéliarde cows in the East of France and is used for manufacturing within 48 hours of collection. This milk is rich in the land’s biodiversity.

To give each cheese their own personalities, Milleret uses a different ferment for each recipe. They make many of their own ferments from milk collected from selected farms, bringing all of the biodiversity of the land to their cheeses.

Strapped In Spruce

P'tit Valley is a Vacherin inspired soft-ripened, cow’s milk cheese with a mixed ring. It is strapped with spruce and ripened for two weeks. Creamy and soft, this cheese has a nice woody taste.

The white mold stays soft and the flavor gets more complex throughout its shelf life. P'tit Valley never has a bitter flavor.

Fromagerie Milleret uses state of the art cheese technology to make the cheeses’ textures soft without running. The percentage of cream in Milleret cheeses is also superior to competitors.
