FIGS IN SYRUP

Since 1921, from generation to generation, the same love of cheese making and know how is Fromagerie Milleret’s main driver.

Their quality milk comes from Montbéliarde cows in the East of France and is used for manufacturing within 48 hours of collection. This milk is rich in the land’s biodiversity.

To give each cheese their own personalities, Milleret uses a different ferment for each recipe. They make many of their own ferments from milk collected from selected farms, bringing all of the biodiversity of the land to their cheeses.

COATED WITH ASH SOFT COW’S MILK CHEESE

A soft cheese made with pasteurized cow’s milk, P’tit Grey is rubbed with vine ash by cheese makers. P’tit Grey is mild when cold and develops a richer flavor and ultra-creamy texture as it comes to room temperature. It has earthy flavors of onion and mushroom.
