Since 1921, from generation to generation, the same love of cheese making and know how is Fromagerie Milleret’s main driver.

Their quality milk comes from Montbéliarde cows in the East of France and is used for manufacturing within 48 hours of collection. This milk is rich in the land’s biodiversity.

To give each cheese their own personalities, Milleret uses a different ferment for each recipe. They make many of their own ferments from milk collected from selected farms, bringing all of the biodiversity of the land to their cheeses.

With A Natural Orange Rind

Soft cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk. Under its natural orange rind, Le Saint Germain has a mild texture and slight characteristic flavors. Its taste intensifies during its shelf life.
