Flor Del Cadí
Cadi is a centenary cooperative committed to supplying the consumer with products of the highest quality. The Cadi Cooperative is located in a beautiful valley in the Catalan Pyrenees. The high pastures of the Pyrenees mountains give our dairy products a fresh and unique flavor. Since 1915, Cadi has produced cheese of the highest quality, recognized and guaranteed by the most strict European regulatory agencies.
100 years later, Cadi milk is still provided only by the farmers who belong to the Cooperative, which comes only from two Pyrenean regions: Alt Urgell and Cerdanya. This guarantees its constant uniformity and richness. All Cadi cheeses are made of a blend of rich morning and evening milk.
WITH A NUTTY, RICH FLAVOR aged spanish cheese
A traditional specialty cheese from Catalonia, Flor del Cadí is aged for up to 6 months to develop its full taste. Firm and hard with a mellow nutty flavor in the Gouda style, Flor is a delight for the palate.
Flor is excellent as an appetizer with nuts, apples, and grapes. It also makes a great topping grated over pasta dishes.
