A daring cheese inspired by the strong and characteristic Frysk Hynder Whisky. Daily Dairy’s Whisky Cheese has unique undertones of the smooth taste of Frysk Hynder Whisky. Frysk Hynder is a single malt whisky matured for at least 3 years in Cognac barrels.

Frysk Hynder Whisky Cheese is made to the original Gouda recipe in Holland, using only the best Dutch milk. To make a full wheel, no less than 110 liters of milk is used.
