Many people wonder about the success of theEPSATrainingProjectandwhatmakesit stand out. The answer is simple: it's an experience. The project aims to train studentsinsoftskillsandprovidethemwith a learning experience that lets them practicenewskillsandtakethemwiththem into their everyday lives. The participants' experience plays a crucial role in the success of the project, but so does the expertise of the trainers. That's why EPSA Trainers also have the possibility to grow from internal activities in order to become better trainers and deliver high-quality trainingsessions.
The Summer University in Basel and EPSA's Autumn Assembly in Athens are just two examples of congresses where the EPSA Training Project has made significant contributions. Additionally, students can also request training sessions tailored to their needs and interests, making the projectevenmoreaccessibleandinclusive.
