E n g l i s h C lu b s As any Normal Egyptian Boy he got 97% in his High school results after a long year of suffering, and he officially joined pharmacy college at Benisuef university. He didn’t find his passion in his new college till the third week he found people wearing blue T-shirts and written on it EPSF, One of them talked to him and asked him to join them, it seemed like a nice idea to have a new experience so he went to the orientation sessions and knew all about EPSF.
Then the changing event have appeared,
his First English Club. In the beginning he thought it would be something usual but his mind has been changed after seeing them pronouncing with a way he couldn’t imagine.
The 1st English club
was about some Nuts, which means some little ad-
vices about the language and the similar words. They gave them a way to find their own nuts such as Oxford Dictionary and websites for pronouncing words correctly, he went back home and he was so happy and excited for the next English clubs.
1
After a week, he heard that will be a new English club so he prepared himself and hit the Road to his exciting Journey.
Second English Club: They brought an Instructor who talked to them about small ways to learn English easily like hearing Songs with lyrics or watching movies with English subtitles then without subtitles, she even made a little activity to make them participate with her , she gave then a paper with the words of a song and there was some words missing and she played the song, they had to hear every word to understand the somg and filling the missing words. He went back home hungry for more and more so he spent the week watching movies with English subtitles then without subtitles and he started to mange it and it became piece of cake.
He kept practicing English as the instructor told them but he felt he still can’t make a complete dialogue or conversation with with someone, there was something missing.
2
The next week he heard that will be a
3rd English Club about
conversation skills so he was happy and prepared himself to attend This time he went with his friend who wasn’t excited as him but he came, The English club started with a simple tips with how to make a conversation and they learned the difference between the normal and formal conversation. Then the hardest part came, they had to practice by making a conversation with someone in the group so he and his friend chose to make it together, it was hard in the first time but it was worthy, and his friend was happy and they agreed to practice for 30 min everyday and talk in English to become more fluent.
The time path and it was time for the
4th English Club. It was about intonation, this means the way of saying the word to express certain feeling or behavior.
That time the
English club was hilarious and funny as they
all tried to make good intonation
but they weren’t perfect as they thought so they miss pronouncing words or express in a funny way, it was a nice day that he definitely enjoyed with.

Finally it was time to say goodbye and
The 5th and final English appeared in sight

The 5th English club was about ILETS “The International English Language Testing System” , is an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. They discussed its importance and how to pass it and some precious tips. And they told them to try a test called “mini-ILETS” An online test to measure their level in English. It was hard to say goodbye but he thought they could meet again in other English clubs. When he came back home he tried the mini-ILETS test and he was surprised by the results, his level has improved and he became able at least to speak English as well as an intermediate learner, Eventually, he started his way to achieve his dream and become a Global Traveler.

SEP In the following weeks the only thing he was thinking about was how to start his Travels, untill one day he saw that The LEO in EPSF-BeniSuef had a project called the SEP which is a Student Exchange Program for pharmacy students so he applied for it and his journey began.
It wasn’t Easy to be accepted in the Interviews But he was qualified enough to Get Accepted And as a first Journey he wanted to travel to South Africa and that what happened and he traveled there. Some might think, when he said South Africa, that they are made up of tribes fighting some as portrayed by television. In fact, South Africa is the most advanced African country and the most powerful economy in Africa and the most diverse in terms of population where Indians, Germans and French will meet there and contain Around 10 different languages and 3 capitals (Pretoria - Bloemfontein - Cape Town) Some may also think that the climate in South Africa is very hot and tropical but it is actually mild in general and the tropical climate is limited to some areas in the south only. He came down in Cape Town, which he discovered that it was not only a beauty city in nature but also had high-rise towers and also had the University of Cape Town which is ranked 191th in the world’s best universities that’s built on the foot of the Table Mountain .
5
In his first day in college he met ( Max ) who was responsible for my reception - they then became a best friends - Max was living in Bo-Kaap the biggest city in Cape Town and was so kind .. Max told him that his mother named him this name like “Max Theiler” the first African who won Noble prize. In his first discovering trip in this town, Max took him to “Table Mountain” where Hiking on was popular amongst locals and tourists, it takes about 1-3 hours to climb this mountain, it wasn’t just has a beautiful nature but also was a big challenge to climb it. The next week Max took him to The Garden Route , the longest route he had ever seen in his life which is 300 km long .. Hah, actually it’s not a normal route , it’s the western coast of South Africa which is sandwiched between the aforementioned mountains and the Indian Ocean , It has the mildest climate in South Africa and the second mildest climate in the world, after Hawaii. After finishing his journey Max accompanied him to Cape Town Airport and promised him he would visit him in Egypt and gave him a gift, it was a traditional mask which he knew after that it’s related to (Zulu),the largest ethnic group in South Africa which was known by it’s great warriors and wizards and it’s usual way in burying the dead. It was an amazing journey with a great memory and hard valediction, it changed his sight about African countries and made him thirsty to discover more cultures.
6
after getting back from South Africa, he was enthusiastic to discover more cultures, but this time he wanted something that not fully natural... He wanted a place that has a touch of art, a place that reflects the human genius,
this time he has traveled to
Italy. So again he went to The LEO Team and they got me in a Program which was a program that provided some internships for the students and they Had to pass the Exams and the other Requirements, And so he did and the journey to Italy began. He went to Rome in an amazing hotel which was built in the Romanian model
the
Italian
culture
is
strongly
associated
with
roman
His tour guide was a young beautiful woman called Sofia, and one of the most beautiful things in Italy is their names which are derivative from roman language like (Aurora, Emma, Chiara, Arianna, Camilla, ... ) in his first day he visited the most famous place in Roma .. yea, that’s right... it’s the Vatican City in the center of Roma where he had seen a lot of people of all religions came to see this amazing place , but Sofia told him that was normal and the place gets more crowded in august and when he asked her for the reason, she told him that it was an old tradition in Italy that all the Italians don’t work in this month just take a picnic and most companies close.
7
after getting back they went to a restaurant to try the common food of Italy, he ordered pasta and Sofia suggest him to take the Italian’s famous red wine , but he told her that he preferred Espresso .. it was so amazing best coffee he had drunk in his life .. while eating she told him more about Italian people, she told him that in Italy they had a special way in salute strangers, they look in your eyes and smile instead of shaking hands and if someone invited you to eat , never wear a formal clothe another fact that the Italians hate no.17. in his second day, he visited the oldest historical place in Italy, “The
Colosseum”
which
belonged
to
old
roman
and
“The Arch of Constantine” and the “EUR”, actually he laughed when Sofia told them that EUR related to ancient Italy cause it’s stolen from Egypt,
after this they turned back early to hotel where they
ate pizza and
watched a documentary about the city of ancient Pompeii which was destroyed by the volcano and the tower of Pisa they couldn’t visit it cause the town of Pisa was too far from Rome and they knew more about the art of Italy (The home of Monalisa and Romanian sculptures ).
8
the third day they wake up early cause they traveled to Capri where they took a picnic on the beach of Capri , the Naples where they take a short boat ride in this amazing beach which was
surrounded by craggy
cliffs and they get to The Blue Grotto which is one of the most famous sea caves in the world, they then went to buy souvenirs and get ready to go back home. After his travel to Italy, he realized how amazing was traveling and how deep it can change your character and widen your horizons ,so he decided to travel again ,but this time he took some recommendations from his friends .. and a lot of them advised him to go to Indonesia due to its amazing nature and kind people , so he searched for scholarships to this country and after months. he got accepted to
The University of Indonesia
which was located in Jakarta ( the capital city of Indonesia )
He arrived on 18 April to Soekarno–Hatta airport in Jakarta where he found a nice black guy waiting for him, his name was Mohammed Yacoub who welcomed him and accompanied him to his host family ... yea he decided to hire a room in that mansion to save some money for entertainment. Yacoub accompanied him to his host family and told hi. that the next day 19 April is an official holiday ( festival ) called the Good Friday and he will take him on a picnic to see the capital. The next day they visited TMII ( Taman Mini Indonesia Indah ) which is a national park and considered the first place for tourists as it contains natural places, museums, amusement places, and culture shows.
9
They first watched Jaipongan dance performance one of Indonesia’s old traditions and it was amazing , then they visited Spherical cage ( Bird Park.) known as flight cages , it was a very big birds cage which containing very big trees for birds , they then went to Indonesia museum in which he saw Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, Yacoub told him that’s the official national motto of Indonesia and at the end they watched center lake from the cable car.
Indonesia is considered as the home of world handicraft and that Several Indonesian islands are famous for their
Batik, Ikat and Songket cloth
he really loved that country , its nature , its calture , it’s kind people and it’s traditions and it was very hard moment while leaving it .
But it wasn’t his last traveling cause traveling became like the blood in his veins and he can’t live without it, He returned home and started a worldwide Journey until he became the Global Traveler he wanted to be, and became who established a team to Spread the knowledge He Acquired from his travels and from The LEOs, His team name was
“ElFrenga”.
That was my diary and my try to spread my knowledge and experience, my name will always be Remembered as
