Epstein served as the design-builder for Wholestone Farms after completing a multi-year master plan to modernize and rebuild an existing protein processing plant. The new plant involved a boiler plant replacement, snap chill, new rendering & wastewater pre-treatment building, state-of-theart cut floor, automated packaging, cold storage, and office expansion.

Jon brings engineering and management experience to his role as part of the Business Development team, He leads our efforts to develop new opportunities and manage client relations in Epstein’s industrial markets including food, manufacturing, cold storage and distribution, cannabis, and baked/powdered goods.
Prior to joining Epstein, Jon was a Project Manager for ARCO/Murray where he was responsible for project performance and customer satisfaction, taking it from concept to completion.
