Project also includes cooling of storage areas via central Ammonia/Glycol System, racked/refrigerated storage areas at +34 F and refrigerated Processing areas at +40 F.

Refrigerated spaces include 26,473 square foot 34° F cooler, a 16,580 square foot 28° F fresh product cooler with 2,615 pallet position in 5-high pushback racking, 14,567 square foot -15° freezer with 1,915 pallet positions in 5-high pushback racking, a 6,446 square foot -25° blast freezer with 450 pallet position in pushback racking, and 18,037 square feet of 42° shipping docks.

Our nearly 100 years of refrigerated facility experience ranges from cold storage warehouses in the 1920’s to our current work with multi-temperature distribution facilities.
The majority of our experience with perishable facilities has been with the grocery industry, but we have also done a large number of temperature controlled facilities for food processors.
