AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their humankind potential. We are a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organization run by youth and recent graduates of institutions of higher education. Its members are interested in world issues, leadership, and management. AIESEC does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or national/social origin. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta, which is under AIESEC in Indonesia, continues to strive to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals especially in South Tangerang through various SDG-based social projects and accommodate the aspirations of youth regarding the closest social issues and provide space development.

016, AIESEC in UIN Jakarta has blished as one of local chapter r AIESEC in Indonesia and one ur goals is to be the enabler of wth towards south Tangerang.
e then, we have managed to more than 80 young people ad, developed more than 100 g people in our membership, osefully engaged more than 80 ners, conducted seven social ects in South Tangerang, and n workshops and seminars.
Those milestones and accomplishments are our commitment to work towards our goals but we still have so many things to do to achieve it. I, Zulfa Nabilah Khairunnisa, as the president elected of AIESEC in UIN Jakarta for the term 2022, I’m ready to continue to fight for our goals and continue the legacy that my predecessor have in order to bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta to be bigger, better and stronger. With the guidance from Board of Advisor and beneficial collaboration with partners, I’m optimistic that we will bring AIESEC in UIN Jakarta as one of the leadership movements towards fulfillment of humankind’s potential.
CAMPUSROADSHOW
Campus Roadshow is a webinar organized by Niagahoster and AIESEC at UIN Jakarta about soft skills and hard skills that are needed in this digital era.This event aims to broaden the horizons of students and young people who are passionate about preparing for future careers in this digital era and increase brand awareness from Niagahoster as a partner.
We want to encourage young people, professionals or students to get inspiration and deep insight from discussions that support them in their careers.
ALUMNI GATHERING iGVxPEI
The iGV X PEI Alumni Gathering is an activity organized by the Partner division Engagement Initiatives to establish relationships for probies, members, and members Alumni of iGV AIESEC at UIN Jakarta. At this event, the alumni shared stories during became iGV AIESEC at UIN Jakarta and their experiences in running Local projects and Global Volunteers. Realization

Develop SME - Global Youthpreneur 7.0
Develop SME is one of the programs from the Global Youthpreneur 7.0 project which carried out by the project participants. In this activity, the project participants visited UMKM around Cirendeu. In this activity, project participants are given a case study of the MSME problems visited and the project participants will provide solutions and innovations for these MSMEs.

GREEN LATERN4.0 OPTakerWorkingHour
OP Taker Working Hour is one of the programs from the Green Lantern 4.0 project carried out by the project participants. These activities are project participants visited the sampurna waste bank in Cirendeu. There are several activities which is carried out at the perfect waste bank, such as sharing sessions with the founder of the bank perfect waste, composting practices, and handicraft practices from goods used for economic value.

Bi-Weekly Session 6
It is the last session of AIESEC Future Leaders which happened on 14th January 2023. The session has a theme “Be a 10/10 Public Speaker” with speaker Arlaine Nuwanda, Head of Community Agent & Co. This session has the objective to have an excellent persona of a public speaker and how to be able to communicate smoothly while delivering materials in front of the audience.
AFL Debrief
This session is a space for participants to reflect on their 3 months of learningleadership experience including a space for them
to analyze personal goals and achievements. This session is a space for participants to reflect on their 3 months of learningleadership experience and analyze personal goals and achievements. It also provides awarding and farewell sessions from the organizing committee, coach, and participants.
Only AFL Debrief in UIN Jakarta to conduct a special session called “Project Ideathon Pitching” or the peak phase of Project Ideathon innovation which is a space for the Top 5 Groups of Project Ideathon to present their project in front of judges.
AIESEC FUTURELEADERS
National graduation was conducted under AIESEC Indonesia with collaboration from all Local committees all around Indonesia. There’s a session which invited a speaker, kak Annisa, to discuss the journey after
AIESEC Future Leaders and how to be consistent to obtain chances. On National Graduation, there are also awarding for the best of the best participants, coaches, and departments of each Local Committee.
NEC Awards Nomination of AFL Excellence Awards
On 19-22th January 2023, AIESEC Indonesia conducted a national conference called National Election Conference.
On the Day 3, there’s an awarding night agenda to appreciate the milestones and achievements that each Local Committee has done. AIESEC in UIN Jakarta was nominated for the AFL Excellence Award along with AIESEC in UGM, AIESEC in UB, and AIESEC in USU.
