LOCAL SUMMIT GOLD 3.0
We carried out Local Summit GOLD 3.0 on 19 - 21 May 2023 located at Padepokan Aswaja, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan. Local Summit GOLD 3.0 is our internal offline conference in AIESEC at UIN Jakarta. Local Summit is a local event to provide education, strengthen engagement, and have their self-objective through the entire event, also prepare or maximize for performing phase.
This conference is a training provision for all members of AIESEC at UIN Jakarta to support their journey for one year periode. The Local Summit was attended by 43 members, and there were 3 external speakers. 2 of them are MCVPs AIESEC in Indonesia, and 2 of them are our Alumnae.
The event ran smoothly for three days with the focus on the first day exploring the basic skills needed by members, followed by hard skills, and the third day discussing the readiness of members to start the term.

GLOBAL VOLUNTEER X KKN INTERNASIONAL
On tuesday, 16th of May 2023 AIESEC in UIN Jakarta visits PPM UIN (Pusat Pengembangan Masyarakat) to welcome and discuss about further collaboration with PPM with the Newest Head of PPM, Bu Ade Rina Farida, M.Si.
LOCAL PROJECT ATTRACTION PHASE
The Local Project Open booth is one of AIESEC's activities aimed at promoting the Local Project program prior to its realization. The purpose of this activity is to introduce the Local Project and invite students to participate in the program. We set up a booth at the student center and visited the faculties at UIN Jakarta.

We collaboration with AIESEC in UNJ for Local Networking Space which conducted a hybrid at Aula Madya, UIN Jakarta and Zoom meeting on 6th May 2023. The session was attended by 74 participants both from AFL UIN Jakarta and AFL UNJ participants. In Networking Space, participants were able to connect and know each other by having discussion in a circle. We also provided lead space to enhance our participants’ knowledge regarding living diversity.
We held the 3rd Bi-Weekly Session on 13th May 2023 and was attended by 51 participants. The session entitled "Diving The Cycle of Project Management" was delivered by Andi Aisyah Alqumairah, a Career Consultant and Certified Coach Practitioner. The 4th bi-weekly session was held on 27th May 2023 and was attended by 48 participans. The session entitled “Personal Branding: Escalating Various Skillful within Inner Value” was delivered by Irvandias Sanjaya, a Career Consultant and Certified Coach Practitioner.
More, We supervised the National Networking Space conducted by AIESEC in Indonesia. The session was attended by all AFL participants from all Local Chapter. AFL UIN Jakarta participants attended the second day, 21nd May 2023.
