The 2015 season saw the Blue and Gold win a program-record 25 games under first-year Head Coach Kelsi Dunne. The Eagles will look to build on that success as they enter the NCAA Division II era in 2016. “We are continuing to stay focused on creating our championship culture by staying true to our program creed and the student-person-player model of development,” Dunne said. “We’re excited to be competing in a stellar athletic and academic conference and our goal every day is to stay focused on the process.” With a roster of just 15 players, including seven newcomers, everyone on this year’s squad will be asked to contribute on a daily basis. “We stay focused on the process each and every day we practice and compete in order to accomplish our team goals for the year,” Dunne said. “We aim to fill up our process board each game by controlling the things that we can control. We want this team to be their best in order to leave their legacy for the future of our program.”

“Robi is naturally athletic and has shown the ability to be solid defensively for us all around the diamond,” Dunne stated. “She has also set the bar academically for the rest of the team.” Lewis is also expected to be one of the team’s leaders this season. She hit .270 with three home runs, 23 runs scored and 18 RBIs a year ago.

2016 SEASON PREVIEW

RETURNERS Robi Zimmerman leads a five-person senior class, the largest in program history. Zimmerman is one of four Eagles who have been a part of the program since the very beginning, along with Haleigh Lewis, Rae Heuer and Chanley Burge. Zimmerman batted .266 with four home runs and tied for the team lead with 27 RBIs last year. She also won eight games as a pitcher, posting a 3.06 ERA with 84 strikeouts in 123.1 innings pitched.

ROBI ZIMMERMAN

HALEIGHLEWIS “Haleigh is a playmaker and a gamer,” Dunne commented. “She loves the game of softball and her passion shows every time she steps on the field.” Heuer and Burge provided depth in the outfield for the Blue and Gold last year, with Heuer collecting 10 hits and seven RBIs and Burge posting a pair of hits and two runs scored in limited playing time. “Rae is an aggressive player and we have a lot of confidence in her every time the ball is hit to her,” Dunne remarked. “She is the ideal student and will represent our program positively after she graduates.” “Chanley has great energy and is a great supporter of her teammates on the field. She has been an academic leader and has represented our team well on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.” Rounding out the senior class is Raquelli Bianco. Bianco transferred to Embry-Riddle prior to last season from Miami Dade College and made a tremendous impact in her first year with the Eagles. At the plate, she hit .291 with a team-best five home runs, 29 runs scored and 27 RBIs. In the circle, Bianco went 16-9 with a 3.03 ERA and a program-record seven shutouts, striking out 103 batters in 154.2 innings of work. She

was named to the All-Sun Conference team after the regular season as well as the All-Tournament team at The Sun Conference Tournament. “Raquelli has been the true utility player for us and excels wherever the team needs her,” Dunne commented. “She brings true leadership to our program and is a mentor for the rest of the team.” Anna Battison is the lone returning junior this year. She had a breakout 2015 campaign, leading the club with a .363 batting average and a program-record 22 stolen bases, earning All-Conference and NFCA All-Region accolades. She also scored 20 times and was a solid defensive catcher, throwing out 10 of the 38 runners attempting to steal against her. “Anna has great game instincts and is the leader of our defense behind the plate,” Dunne stated. “When she gets on base, she puts a ton of pressure on the defense because of her speed and aggressiveness.” This year’s sophomore class includes Kailah Rain and Victoria Reed. Rain was selected as an All-Conference and NFCA All-Region performer in her freshman season, hitting .328 with 10 stolen bases and 20 runs scored. She was also a weapon in center field as she racked up a program-record eight outfield assists. Reed tallied 18 hits, 11 runs scored and eight RBIs, while posting a .344 on-base percentage in her first season. “Kailah brings a lot of range in the outfield and a tremendous arm,” Dunne remarked. “She’s embracing her role as a slapper and is more of a threat offensively this year because of her placement and power.”

NEWCOMERS Eryn Chester and Alice Donohoe are both junior transfers that make up two of the seven newcomers on the 2016 roster. While Chester is expected to redshirt this season, Donohoe will likely see time some playing time at first base as well as in the circle. A native of Old Toongabbie, Australia, Donohe went 26-6 in two seasons at Odessa Col-

senior. “Mckenzee is a great student and displays tremendous character,” Dunne stated. “She will be a great role player for us and is an all-around great teammate.” Thomas comes to ERAU from Lewisberry, Pennsylvania, where she graduated from Red Land High School. As a senior, Thomas hit .367. Dunne expects her to provide depth for the Eagles, primarily at third base. “Hannah gives 110% in everything she does,” Dunne commented. “She always has a positive attitude and never complains. She is extremely selfless and the epitome of a great teammate.”

SCHEDULE The 2016 season will see the Eagles return to their home field, the Embry-Riddle Softball Stadium, following a 2015 campaign that required them to move their home games to Daytona State College. With the construction of a brand-new grandstand and press box complete, the Blue and Gold will be spending a majority of the year playing in front of its home fans, with 35 home games on the slate. The Eagles open up the 2016 campaign on an 11-game home stand, which kicks off with a doubleheader against Keiser (formerly known as Northwood) on Feb. 5. ERAU will follow that with two more doubleheaders against former Sun Conference rivals as South Carolina Beaufort visits on Feb. 12 and St. Thomas comes to town Feb. 13. ERAU continues its season-opening stretch of games at home with its first-ever Sunshine State Conference series against Saint Leo Feb. 19-20. The home stand wraps up with a doubleheader against Dominican College on Feb. 23 After a weekend trip to Melbourne to face Florida Tech in a three-game conference series Feb. 26-27, Embry-Riddle will return home for another stretch of 11 straight home games. The second home stand begins with a doubleheader against Concordia (Minn.) on Feb. 29 and continues with another non-conference doubleheader against Ferris State on March 2. Florida Southern visits the Embry-Riddle Softball Stadium for a three-game series March 4-5 before the Eagles host non-conference double-

headers against American International (March 8) and Fisher (March 9). The longest road trip of the season commences with a three-game set at Tampa March 11-12 and concludes the following weekend with a conference series at fellow provisional SSC member Palm Beach Atlantic March 18-19. The Eagles land back at home March 22 to host Mount Mercy in a doubleheader before hosting Albany State in the final non-conference doubleheader of the year March 25. The Blue and Gold will be off for a week before returning to action at home against Lynn in a three-game series April 1-2. ERAU travels to Miami Shores for a conference series at Barry April 8-9 before returning home for a midweek three-game series against Rollins April 12-13. The last road games of the year are slated for April 22-23 at Eckerd, with the Eagles scheduled to conclude the 2016 season at home against Nova Southeastern April 29-30.

2016 SEASON PREVIEW

lege prior to transferring to Embry-Riddle. “We are looking forward to having a year to work with Eryn before she competes in games for us next season,” Dunne said. “She’s full of potential both offensively and defensively, and we think she’ll be a great addition to our program.” “Alice has a great work ethic on the field,” Dunne remarked. “Every time she steps on the field, she gives it her all. She also has one of the best changeups I’ve ever seen.” The freshmen class includes pitcher Kassidy Simons, infielder/catcher Gabriella Obia, outfielders Natalie Morales and McKenzee Quinn, and third baseman Hannah Thomas. Simons is a graduate of Moorpark High School in Simi Valley, California, where she went 13-6 with a 0.92 ERA and 110 strikeouts as a senior. She also hit .405 with 12 home runs and 46 RBIs in her junior season. Simons is expected to be one of the team’s top pitchers and will likely bat in the middle of the order. “Kassidy has loads of potential,” Dunne stated. “We think she can be a leader for us both offensively and in the circle, and we’re excited to see what she can do.” Obia comes to Embry-Riddle from the Netherlands, and is a 2013 graduate of OSG Willem Blaeu in Alkmaar. She provides some versatility for Dunne and the Eagles with her ability to play second base, third base and catcher. “Gabi has shown us in the fall that she can be clutch for us offensively and also make some great defensive plays,” Dunne commented. “She also has a lot of potential and can play quite a few places around the field.” Morales joins the Eagles from Houston, Texas, where she batted .368 and slugged .455 as a senior at Klein High School. “Natalie is one of the hardest workers on the team,” Dunne said. “She is extremely selfless, a great teammate and always has a smile on her face.” Quinn is a graduate of nearby Astronaut High School in Titusville and is the younger sister of Austin Quinn, a former All-American baseball player at Embry-Riddle. She hit .404 with a .574 slugging percentage in 2014 and followed that up with a .350 batting average as a

2015 SEASON REVIEW

EMBRY-RIDDLE CAPS DH SWEEP OF NCAA II LYNN WITH COME-FROM-BEHIND VICTORY On March 3, ERAU proved it can win games in a variety of ways, run-ruling visiting Lynn by a score of 9-1 in game one and then coming back from a late 3-2 deficit to claim game two, 4-3. The Eagles got the day off to a great start, plating four runs in the first inning, keyed by a bases-clearing triple off the bat of Taylor Cowan. A Robi Zimmerman RBI groundout made it 4-0 Embry-Riddle. After the Fighting Knights got on the board with a single tally in the third, Raquelli Bianco picked up an RBI single in the fifth to make it 5-1. Four batters later Haleigh Lewis delivered a two-run base hit to extend the Blue and Gold’s lead to 7-1. Talia Barraco gave the Eagles a walk-off victory with a game-ending two-run double with two outs in the bottom of the sixth that pushed the margin to 9-1, ending the game early via the eight-run rule. Game two started off similarly to the first game, as ERAU jumped out to a 2-0 lead on a first-inning, two-run single from Zimmerman. Lynn bounced back with a run in the fourth and then scored twice in the fifth to take its first lead of the day, 3-2. The Eagles trailed by that same score until the bottom of the sixth, when the Blue and Gold mounted a late-inning rally. Cowan led off with a single, then after the next two Eagles were retired, Victoria Reed drew a two-out walk to extend the inning. Kelsey McDonnell then came through with a big two-out single up the middle that scored Cowan with the game-tying run. The next pitch was in the dirt and Reed ventured off second base far enough to draw a throw from the catcher. Reed was able to get the better of the Fighting Knights in the rundown, earning a steal of third, and while she slid into third base the throw bounced into the dugout which allowed her to score what would end up being the game-winning run.

EAGLES SWEEP AIB WITH TWO LAST AT-BAT WINS Two days after sweeping Lynn with an exciting finish, the Blue and Gold upped the ante and won both games against AIB College of Business in dramatic, and somewhat odd, fashion. Bianco got the Eagles off on the right foot, singling home Anna Battison and Kailah Rain to put the home team in front 2-0 after one inning. AIB got one run back in the top of the third, but Embry-Riddle scored twice in the bottom half thanks to a throwing error and a Cowan RBI single, putting ERAU ahead, 4-1. The AIB Eagles rallied back with a three-run fourth and the score remained tied at four until the sixth. Rain delivered a tworun single and Barraco followed that with an RBI groundout that gave the Blue and Gold a 7-4 lead heading to the final inning. In the top of the seventh, AIB’s Kara Hilton hit a two-out, tworun double to trim the deficit to 7-6. Zimmerman returned to the circle, after starting the game and being relieved by Cowan. She only needed to throw four pitches in the seventh to get a called strike three and secure the 7-6 victory. In the second game, neither side was able to push across any runs through the first three innings. AIB was the first to dent the scoreboard, plating one in the fourth and three more in the fifth to open up a 4-0 advantage.

TALIABARRACO

RAQUELLI BIANCO

the third which served as an equal response to Erika Bellinger’s solo homer in the bottom of the second, tying the game up at 1-1. The fifth inning proved to be the decisive frame as the Blue and Gold took advantage of a pair of errors to plate six unearned runs, all coming with two outs. Lewis got the scoring started with an RBI infield single, putting ERAU ahead, 2-1. Reed then grounded to the third baseman who kicked it, allowing Reed to reach base safely and Bianco to cross home plate. Barraco then delivered the big blow, a bases-clearing double that made it 6-1. Zimmerman then singled home Barraco to make it a 7-1 game. WIU got a run back on a Jasmine Rodriguez solo home run but that was all the scoring the Warriors could muster for the day as ERAU took game one, 7-2. Game two saw Embry-Riddle score twice in each of the third and fourth innings, which would prove to be more than enough support for Zimmerman. Bianco singled home McDonnell and Rain in the third to make it 2-0. In the fourth, Burge drove in Barraco with a sac fly and Bianco knocked in Zimmerman with a base hit to double the lead to 4-0. Zimmerman only faced two over the minimum as she hurled a complete game, one-hit shutout. She also went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored at the plate, leading the Eagles to the 4-0 victory.

2015 CAMPAIGN ENDS IN HEARTBREAKING FASHION AT THE SUN CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT The Eagle bats didn’t come to life until the fifth inning, but they came alive in a major way. Chanley Burge led off with a walk and Battison singled with one out to put two runners on. With two outs, Bianco drew a four-pitch walk to load the bases and Barraco was then hit by a pitch to force home a run. On the very next pitch, Zimmerman unloaded a grand slam over the left-center field fence to put Embry-Riddle in front, 5-4. The Blue and Gold held the lead until the seventh, when AIB proved its resiliency. Down to their final out, the AIB Eagles came up with a pair of runs to take a 6-5 lead. The Eagles then had their final chance to answer AIB’s seventh-inning comeback, and they did so in the most unlikeliest of ways. Battison led off the inning with a hit-by-pitch and quickly came around to score on a one-out triple from Bianco, knotting the game at 6-6. Barraco then hit a hard grounder to third, but Bianco was unable to score on the groundout. After Zimmerman drew a four-pitch walk, Cowan stepped to the plate. Behind in the count 1-2, Cowan fouled off back-to-back pitches. On the next pitch, she swung and missed at a riseball for strike three, but the pitch was high enough that it got past the catcher and rolled to the backstop, which allowed Cowan to reach first base and Bianco to race home with the game-winning run on a walk-off dropped third strike.

ZIMMERMAN TOSSES ONE-HITTER TO COMPLETE SWEEP OF WARRIORS On April 22, Embry-Riddle officially clinched a berth in The Sun Conference Tournament with a doubleheader sweep at Webber International by scores of 7-2 and 4-0. The wins also increased the team’s total for the season to 23, which tied the program record for most single-season wins. In game one, Bianco launched a solo home run in the top of

After finishing the regular season with an 8-8 record in conference play, Embry-Riddle went into the conference tournament seeded fourth. ERAU faced fifth-seeded Warner in its first game of the tournament. The Eagles started strong, scoring three times in the second to take an early 3-0 lead. Rain drew a bases-loaded walk to open the scoring and later in the inning Barraco singled home a pair of runs. Cowan knocked in McDonnell with an RBI single in the fourth to increase ERAU’s lead to 4-0. The Royals scored twice in the sixth to cut the lead in half, but they couldn’t get any closer than that. The Eagles scored an insurance run in the bottom of the sixth and went on to claim a 5-2 victory. Later that day, Embry-Riddle faced off against the top seed in the tournament, Southeastern. Once again, the Blue and Gold started strong with Barraco and Lewis each picking up first-inning RBIs to put ERAU up 2-0 early. The Fire answered back with a run in the bottom of the first but a lineout double play prevented any further damage. Southeastern scored two more runs in the bottom of the fourth to take over the lead, 3-2. SEU got two more runs in the fourth and extended its lead to 5-2, which would remain the scoreline until the top of the seventh. The Eagles made it interesting in the final frame as Rae Heuer tripled home Zimmerman to make it a 5-3 game with two outs. McDonnell then slapped a 1-0 pitch off the third baseman’s glove, but the ball caromed straight to the shortstop who threw to the plate to gun down Heuer for the final out. Day two of the tournament would prove to be one of the most heartbreaking days in program history. The Blue and Gold opened the day facing 20th-ranked Thomas, a team that had shut out Embry-Riddle in both regular season games between the two sides, in an elimination game. Despite not scoring once against the Night Hawks in the regular season, the Eagles looked full of confidence from the first pitch of the game. ERAU would bat around in the first inning, scoring four times. Barraco delivered an RBI single and Reed followed with a bases-loaded walk to make it 2-0. Zimmerman then knocked in a pair of runs with a base hit and before half an inning had gone by it was already 4-0 Embry-Riddle. The Blue and Gold tacked on two more runs on bases-loaded walks in the fifth, extending its lead to 6-0. Thomas scored its first run of the contest in the fifth but Rain got the run back two innings later with a seventh-inning RBI single. Bianco kept the Night Hawks off the scoreboard in the bottom of the seventh to give ERAU a convincing 7-1 win, keeping the Eagles alive in the tournament. That night, Embry-Riddle took on 17th-ranked South Carolina Beaufort in another elimination game. The Blue and Gold contin-

ued its string of hot starts, scoring the first inning for the third straight game when Cowan doubled home Rain to make it 1-0 Eagles. A Mariaha Sanborn solo homer in the second tied the game at one, which would be the only scoring until the fifth. Cowan delivered a two-out RBI single in the fifth and the ball was misplayed by the center fielder, allowing Bianco to score as well. Barraco followed that with a base hit to drive in Cowan, making it a 4-1 game in favor of the Eagles. Embry-Riddle tacked on an insurance run in the top of the seventh and carried a 5-1 lead to the bottom of the inning. The Sand Sharks the mounted a furious comeback, stringing together five straight hits and taking advantage of a costly Eagle error to score four runs, tying the game at 5-5. In extra innings, the Blue and Gold went down 1-2-3 in the eighth and USCB was able to push across the game-winning run in the bottom half, winning the game 6-5 and ending the Eagles’ season.

2015 SEASON REVIEW

Following the 2015 season, three Eagles were selected as All-Sun Conference honorees, all earning places on the first team: catcher Anna Battison, outfielder Kailah Rain and pitcher Raquelli Bianco. Battison led the team with a .363 batting average and .458 on-base percentage. She was also 22-for-22 in stolen bases, which set a single-season program record despite the fact that she missed the final 14 games of the season with an injury. Battison also gunned down 10-of-38 would-be base-stealers, the highest percentage in program history (26.3 percent). Rain started all 46 games and led the team with 44 hits and seven sacrifice bunts while batting .328 with 20 runs scored and 16 RBIs. She was also 10-for-11 in stolen bases and proved to be a weapon in center field, gunning down eight baserunners which vaulted her to the top of the program’s all-time list after just one season as an Eagle. Bianco was the team’s ace in the circle in her first season at Embry-Riddle, posting a 16-9 record with a 3.03 ERA in 26 games, 25 of which were starts. She tossed 23 complete games, a single-season school-record seven shutouts and struck out 103 batters in 154.2 innings of work. At the plate, Bianco hit

.291 with 39 hits and tied the single-season program record with five home runs. She also led the team with 29 runs scored and tied for the team lead with 27 RBIs. In addition to being recognized as All-Conference selections, Battison and Rain were each named to the NFCA All-East Region Second Team, becoming just the second and third players in program history to earn the distinction, following Sarah Huey’s second team selection in 2014. Following their showing at The Sun Conference Tournament, Bianco and Talia Barraco were each named to the 10-person All-Tournament Team. Bianco was a workhorse throughout the tournament, throwing every pitch for the Blue and Gold in each of the 27 innings over the course of just over 36 hours. She finished the tournament with a 2-2 record and a 2.85 ERA, racking up 14 strikeouts. Bianco also went 7-for-15 (.467) at the plate with three doubles and four runs scored. Barraco was one of the best hitters at the tournament, finishing 8-for-15 (.533) with a double, three runs scored and three RBIs. She also played a solid shortstop, committing just one error in 15 chances. The Eagles also had a trio of players earn All-Academic Sun Conference honors: Barraco, Rae Heuer and Robi Zimmerman. All three student-athletes carried cumulative GPAs of 3.30 or higher in order to qualify for the honor.

DAYTONA BEACH

DAYTONA BEACH - HOME OF THE EAGLES

The city is a year-round family-friendly resort area, which hosts large groups of out-of-towners that descend upon the city for various events, most notably Speedweeks in early February, Bike Week in early March, Biketoberfest in October and Spring Break throughout March. Home to four colleges and universities, Daytona Beach boasts an excellent quality of life and is a city that thrives and celebrates the diversity of its community. Located less than an hour from Orlando and an hour and a half from Jacksonville, Daytona Beach residents have ample opportunity to experience both cities’ entertainment options, including Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, the Orlando Magic, Orlando City FC and the Jacksonville Jaguars. Daytona Beach continually exhibits its love for sports by hosting numerous local and national athletic events at the Ocean Center and Jackie Robinson Ballpark.

3 6

The beaches of Daytona rank sixth for beach destinations in the United States. Every year, millions of vacationers flock to the Atlantic Ocean and Daytona Beach to experience the sandy beaches in Volusia County. The hard packed sand allows motorized vehicles to drive right onto the beach.

55

Daytona Beach is located a short, 55-mile drive away from the Vacation Capital of the World: Orlando, Florida. Orlando is home to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, as well as the NBA’s Orlando Magic. Daytona Beach is also just 91 miles from Jacksonville, the 11th-largest city in the United States.

70.4º 200

The average yearly temperature in Daytona Beach is 70.4º F (21.3º C), making for a warm and pleasant climate in which to live. Winters are mild and summers are warm thanks to its location on the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River, an estuary which flows between the beachside and the mainland.

THIS IS DAYTONA BEACH

Daytona Beach is an ever-changing city of more than 61,000 residents. Located on the “Fun Coast” of Florida, the principal city of Volusia County, it has become one of the premier destination spots in the Southeast Region. Despite its continuous growth, it has maintained the spirit and serenity of a small, close-knit beach community.

Daytona Beach boasts three major sports franchises in NASCAR, the LPGA and the USTA. The Daytona International Speedway is one of the most recognizable racetracks in the world and features the Daytona 500, Coke Zero 400 and numerous other auto racing events. The LPGA and USTA Florida both claim Daytona Beach as their organizational headquarters.

Daytona Beach boasts more than 200 restaurants, including barbecue, Mexican, Oriental, Greek, Indian, Italian, Thai, seafood, Cuban, health and natural foods.

The campus is within an hour’s drive of the Kennedy Space Center and the Space Coast and within easy reach of Orlando and Jacksonville, which offer a menu of arts, culture, theme parks, shopping and professional sports.

History

On Dec. 17, 1925, 22 years after the historic flight of the Wright Flyer, barnstormer John Paul Riddle and entrepreneur T. Higbee Embry founded the Embry-Riddle Company at Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, Ohio. The following spring the company opened the Embry-Riddle School of Aviation. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University began with a simple plan to train airplane pilots in a thorough, efficient manner and to cash in on a booming post-World War I interest in flying. Today, Embry-Riddle leads the world in aviation and aerospace higher education. After a period of decline in the 1930s, Embry-Riddle sprang to life again in Miami, Fla., as World War II erupted in Europe and the demand for aviators and mechanics surged. Allied nations sent more than 25,000 young men to Embry-Riddle’s Florida centers to become pilots and aviation technicians. During the Korean War the U.S. Air Force contracted with Embry-Riddle to train airmen in the fundamentals of airplane maintenance. In the following decades, Embry-Riddle expanded its international outreach and strengthened its academic programs. In 1965, Embry-Riddle consolidated its flight training, ground school and technical training programs into one location. With dollars and trucks borrowed from civic leaders, the move to Daytona Beach signaled the rebirth of Embry-Riddle as an accredited university and the start of its odyssey to world-class status.

28

Academics

Embry-Riddle is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award degrees at the associate, bachelor and master levels, as well as doctoral degrees in five areas of study. At many public universities, freshmen and sophomores are taught by graduate assistants, but not so at Embry-Riddle. Classes, which average 25 students, are taught by faculty who are accessible to students in class, during office hours and through university-wide voice mail and e-mail.

The Embry-Riddle Sports Medicine Department provides ERAU student-athletes with the best medical care possible following an injury, to return the athlete back to school and competition as soon as possible in the safest manner. The areas of emphasis for the Sports Medicine Department are injury prevention, injury evaluation, treatment, and injury/health education. We dedicate ourselves to providing a safe environment for our athletes to compete in. Treatments, injury care, taping, practice, and game preparations are performed in the 1,000 square-foot athletic training room. Adjacent to this room is the 400 square-foot athletic training rehabilitation room. These rooms have a variety of equipment to provide the best care and rehabilitation possible for ERAU student-athletes.

strength & conditioning

The Jamie Fletcher Weight Room is located inside ERAU’s ICI Center. This 2,800 square-foot facility is home to some of the top equipment available. ERAU student-athletes participate in team strength programs year round, which allow them to stay strong and healthy throughout the year and peak at the correct times. ERAU Athletes also participate in speed and agility sessions. These sessions help develop better explosiveness, balance, and speed. Embry-Riddle University strength and conditioning is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our student-athletes. These areas help develop a strong, healthy, and mentally tough student-athlete that will succeed in their endeavors.
