It’s very easy to make, rich in minerals and vitamins, very low in salt and fat plus it contains lots of water so it’s detoxifying yet filling and nourishing. Give it a try!
Serves 4 99 450g courgettes or other green vegetables 99 120g celery 99 140g leeks or onions 99 100g peas 99 Handful of basil 99 Handful of parsley 99 Pinch of salt & pepper Method Cut all the vegetables into large chunks, add the peas and put in a saucepan on a high heat.
