Category: Business building Size: 6500 m² / 70000 ft² 5 floors + parking floor Time: 2021/ 9th semester course work Location: San José, San José, CR. Individual Work A space for communication between institutions and companies, a platform for the development of technology by supporting cultural activity, entrepreneurship and diffusion of technology. As part of the urban proposal of Ciudad TEC, the project is the origin of a significant number of companies that will settle in the area, an economic engine for local and external business.

In response to a detrimented low density residential context , a medium-scale solution is proposed that preserves scale and generates comercial and pedestrian activity.

Güell Vivo is shown as a space for various activities with open spaces for the coexistence of own and strangers, the skins of the building reflect the materiality of the context and the organic is worked on the site to references nature on the backyard.

RENOVATION OF THE MUNICIPAL MARKET 2021 / 10th Semester academic project Software: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator and Lumion.

The market is a property that is still in force, which involves many users, but over the years has lost much of its splendor. This project seeks to highlight its neoclassical appearance and the experiences of the Heredians, while expanding to new users and a more human city.

Category: Renovation building Size: 6200 m² / 67000 ft² 2 floors + urban intervention Location: Heredia, Heredia, CR. Individual Work Architectural renovation for the Municipal Market of Heredia to consolidate its architectural, cultural and urban potential, and improve its actual conditions.

Category: Medical building Size: 5600 m² / 60000 ft² 6 floors + 2 parking floors Time: 2020/ 8th semester course work Location: San José, San José, CR. Individual Work Esentia is a medical center where people can go, in addition to having control of their health, improve their own image in a pleasant and safe place. The urban proposal promotes healthy activities and stay in the city through pleasant spaces where you can sit, have shade or talk. The park-like space is delivered to the context, for people waiting for the bus, neighbors and potential customers. As for mobility, it is about providing facilities for collective means of transport, electric, bicycle and pedestrian traffic through differentiated routes based on the plot acts and the vehicular exits of the project seek the least disturbance in the environment.
