We want to thank everyone who joined us for the Thanksgiving Holiday and our holiday weekend of activities.Itwasaremarkablyfunweekend,evenifwehadalittledipinthetemperature,itcouldn’tputa damperonthefestivities

OurHolidayreceptionisplannedforDecember18,pleasemakesuretoRSVPwiththeclub.Wewillbe ringingintheHolidayseasonwiththesoundsofTonyDoran.Itwillpromisetobeagreatevening.

The new year brings a season of new beginnings and developments at the club and we are excited to bringmanyofyourfavoriteeventsandactivitiesbacktotheclubaswellassomenewones.

Prime Rib Night – December 6th, 5:00 PM

Kick off the festivities with a member-favorite dining experience Enjoy a perfectly prepared prime rib dinner and soak in the warm atmosphere of the club

A delicious way to start the season!

Cars & Coffee – December 8th, 10:00 AM

Join us for a relaxed morning of classic cars, coffee, and conversation! Presented by the Mercedes-Benz Club, this event is a great opportunity to connect with fellow enthusiasts and enjoy some automotives.

Member Holiday Party – December 18th, 6:00 PM

It’s time to deck the halls and spread holiday cheer! Gather with fellow members for an evening of festive fun, complete with great food, holiday tunes, and plenty of laughter. This is one holiday tradition you won’t want to miss!

New Year’s Eve Dinner & After Party

December 31st, 5:00 PM

Say goodbye to 2024 and welcome 2025 in style!

Start your evening with an amazing dinner, then head to the after-party to ring in the new year with music, dancing, and champagne toasts

We’re excited to feature Margo in this month’s Member Spotlight! As one of the newest members of Tarpon Cove Yacht and Racquet Club, Margo is already embracing the many amenities and opportunities the club has to offer. Margo shared her enthusiasm for the beautiful surroundings and the chance to be part of such a vibrant community. From our Endless Summer Beach Shuttle to the peaceful moments by the pool, she’s looking forward to making the most of her time at the club.

ve finally felt our first cool breeze in Naples! We hope this signals the end of our brief winter, and we can now look forward to the perfect seasonal weather that’s just around the corner

Fall Leagues and Winter League Updates

The current fall leagues, which began in midOctober, will conclude in mid-December After a short holiday break, we’ll be launching our winter leagues, with even more teams joining in the fun

Once the winter league schedules are released, we’ll send out weekly emails with the home match schedules so you can come out and cheer on your fellow Tarpon Covers to victory!

Social Tennis This Winter

If league play isn't quite your thing, don’t worry social tennis will be in full swing this winter! Be sure to use the Chelsea online reservation system to book your court time. Need a refresher on how to use Chelsea? Stop by the pro shop, and Lee or Myke will be happy to assist you.

Join Us for POP Tennis

POP Tennis is back every Thursday at 3:30 PM! If you haven’t tried it yet, you ’ re missing out It’s a fun, fast-paced game that's great for meeting new people and trying something new We have 12 paddles available for use, so come on out and give it a try!

There are still a few spots available for the “Jingle Jangle Mixed Doubles” event on Saturday, December 14 Don’t wait contact the pro shop to sign up today!

As we say goodbye to 2024, we look forward to all the exciting opportunities the 2025 season will bring A huge thank you to all our members who continue to support and participate in our tennis activities throughout the year! Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

BONITA BOAT PARADE 4:30PM 14 SATURDAY

The Endless Summer will be participating in the Bonita Springs Christmas Boat Parade. Enjoy the night viewing all the wonderfully decorated Boats on the Imperial River This is a sold out event

MEMBER HOLIDAY PARTY

Come celebrate the holidays with your fellow members We will have live music and complimentary hors d'oeuvres This will be a member event only

FEATURED RECIPIE

Spiced Apple Cider

Ingredients:

4 cups apple cider

1 orange, sliced

4-5 whole cloves

2-3 cinnamon sticks

1-2 star anise (optional)

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Sweetener

Optional: a splash of rum or bourbon for an adult version

Instructions:

Combine Ingredients: In a large saucepan, combine the apple cider, orange slices, cloves, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and nutmeg

Heat: Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a gentle simmer Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes, allowing the spices to infuse the cider

Sweeten: Taste the cider and add sweetener if desired Stir well to combine

Strain and Serve: Once the cider is fragrant and flavorful, strain out the spices and orange slices using a fine mesh strainer Serve warm in mugs, adding a splash of rum or bourbon if you like

Garnish: For an extra festive touch, garnish with a cinnamon stick or a slice of fresh apple Enjoy! This spiced apple cider is warming and aromatic, making it a delightful drink for gatherings or a quiet evening by the fire. Cheers!
