Kingsmill Resort’s site fee includes ceremony and reception space, equipment, planning, coordination and implementation of services as needed:

Up to 100 white padded chairs (additional chairs available for rental)

Coordination of wedding party, family and guests during ceremony

James River Grand Ballroom (250 capacity) $5,000 plus tax Burwell Ballroom (150 capacity) $4,000 plus tax
A minimum purchase of food and beverage is required to secure a Kingsmill Wedding Venue Food and Beverage minimums are available on a sliding scale based on guest count and begin at $20,000* for the James River Grand Ball-room, $15,000* for the Burwell Ballroom. Site fees are in addition to the food and beverage minimum.
