Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line two standard 12cup muffin tins with baking cups In a large heatproof bowl, whisk together flour, 2 cups sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Divide batter evenly among cups, filling each two-thirds of the way Bake, rotating once, until cupcakes spring back and a tester inserted in centers comes out clean, 16 to 18 minutes. Transfer tins to wire racks; let cool completely
Meanwhile, peel wide strips of lime zest with a vegetable peeler. Thinly slice zest into 1/8-inch-wide strips. Coat strips in remaining 2 tablespoons sugar; cut into 1/2-inch-long pieces

The Ranch Course is status quo and maturing nicely We will begin reinstalling the black 4X4 posts near the greens to designate an exit point out of the fairway, using only one post per hole unless there are two cart path entries near and around the green
The Highlands and Quarry Courses are having the 4x4 posts installed as exit points out of the fairways We are beginning Monday, February 26 a broadleaf post emergent program as stated in the last update
Unfortunately, the weather has not been kind the last ten days, but we have handled it well Please notice and respect the rope stakes and black and white traffic stakes as they are there for a reason We have already seen improvement in these areas and will continue to expand this program
